Very bad sevice by jio customer care they don't have data how to order a jio phone online,they spoke to me in very attitude,if you don't have data then why you open customer care..very bad service @reliancejio @jiophone @Airtel_Presence

Learn from @reliancejio , my number got reinstated in 2 hours as promised. Upon threatening to port to #Jio the gentleman was more than happy to simply accept it. So much for customer retention.

@JioCare It's just been a couple of weeks of this installation and there is already an outage. And no ETA by when this gonna be fixed inspite the customer care executive told that this wud by fixed within first half.
