Very bad sevice by jio customer care they don't have data how to order a jio phone online,they spoke to me in very attitude,if you don't have data then why you open customer care..very bad service @reliancejio @jiophone @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare nothing has happened yet? this is insane no phonecall or email its been 3 month fiber optic server has been installed but no service to our building there are 64 flats.

@JioCare In my area Internet is very slow,But during call We can use high-speed internet,It's a big issue I complained many times but jio can't hear my issue,My last complaint SR000012ZT41,Jio give me 15days my complaint is closed but issue can't b resolved.

@SinhaHarsh05 Their services have went from bad to worse all they know is to give fake commitments I remember going through the same turmoil time & again with these guys and decided to port to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better than these guys suggest you also switch to @JioCare
