And after that, if the person don't pickup the call and you call back again, you have to listen it again. They don't care how much important call you have. And after recharge, now I'm missing my online works meetings and classes due to their pathetic service. @JioCare (2/2)

Most pathetic experience with @reliancejio. Regretting after every recharge. Their customer care service is also very much ugly. Absolutely ridiculous. During pack ending, you can't make an important call before hearing the boaring alert in two languages. Disgusting!!! (1/2)

Today is day 7 ....still the issue is not resolved....no set top box received....call center still just calls and says engineer will solve...engineer says call center will resolve....full circus at jio ....atleast have courtesy to either resolve or refund...@JioCare @reliancejio
