@JioCare My Jio fiber ID 3617967950. Couldn't play OTT Apps since last 2 week. Complaint lodge every day since last 7 days. Before 7 days was out of station. So, didn't lodge Complaint. Still problem not solve. JIO TEAM TOTALLY FAILED. VERY SAD. Pl look at this matter.

@JioCare @reliancejio what is this??? Watching only maximum 15 min IPL on Jio Cinema with 4g network including buffering , your 1.5gb data exhausted.. here also a corruption.. please provide me the today usage of data with time and hours... we observe everyday the same thing.

@JioCare Serious disruption in JioFiber services in & around Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh. I can't fathom what on earth prevents u from fixing it since this issue hasn't started today. It's been there for last one week. Important online classes & meetings have come to total halt.
