    @JioCare I visited many times in jio store but they told me without ekyc we didn't process your sim replacement and told me recently policy was changed without fingerprint scan we aren't able to issue. I visited Lucknow, Jagatpur (Raebareli), & Unchahar (Raebareli) Jio stores.

    @Adarsh32253026 The only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your to @JioCare

    @EronFernandes2 Don't get influenced by their worst class customer care bot replies... their job is to end our complaints by doing(cntrl c+ cntrl v).... port it to @JioCare as I did if you really want to experience something different.

    @JioCare No body has attended to restore Jio services which was not working since 10.07.2022 inspite of your assurance through email and Twitter. It is very shameful on your part even after 6 days your company is not able to resolve the issues.(1/3) @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio

    The problem with @reliancejio fibre is that when it works, it works but God forbid and it fails, it is living hell. I have been living with out internet for the past two days and they just don’t know what is going on. It is impossible to speak to a human being. 1/2
