Jio is not taking any action on the complaint I lodged. After complaining to airtel, they reply after 10 days and tell the status that your call forward is active. Telling anything to the customer is not able to resolve a complaint @JioCare @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Worst customer care service ever @JioCare @reliancejio Raised numerous complaints, spoke to 10+ customer care agents,prepaid plan not working from one and half month. Waste of all money. No engineers coming to visit, even after calling customer care everyday.
