This is the 3rd "unplanned outage" of @JioCare jiofiber in our area this month. Each has been over 4 hours. Last straw. And the helpline on chat doent even tell you how to terminate services. I suppose I just won't renew.

@JioCare Hey thanks for the response. But the reason for raising it is , I am getting the same answer since yrs.. i felt this would escalate the issue as only this area is missing the fiber when compared to rest in the city
