    @JioCare I am really disappointed by the services being rendered to me. My jio fiber is being reset automatically and this is really impacting the work I do. The tech guy gave the below case number to me IM200444206 i am not getting anything help which is truly unacceptable.

    @reliancejio my mother using ur jio basic 4g phone from last 6 years it's not working now, there is no availability of the same phone to continue your services, other 4g phones are not supported for the same,
