    @JioCare @reliancejio I paid bill amount for my postpaid number but it was charged again in new bill also. And regards this I made service request not resolved provided to the case my number 9965512212 bill paid on 11th July 2022 of 990/-

    @JioCare customer care service for the SR raised. 1575/- July month bill (cumulative of June month bill ) & made payment of 1694/- by part payment of 990/- on 11th of July 2022 with reference #PT000032PAHE by Debit card 574/- on 24th of July 2022 with reference #PT000033QH23 by UPI

    @JioCare Installation was promised twice (8 June & 14 June) but no technician arrived. I cancelled my plans and waited based on your commitment. Despite repeatedly asking for the reason for the delay, no clear answer was provided. Very disappointing service. Order ID: N0001DVG47Y

    @JioCare @TRAI - FYI. What is the grievance procedure for this? Never experienced such a worst customer service. It's been 5 days after payment and no single call from Jio. All my pain stops at some customer service exec. There is no proper escalation matrix for this. Please take action

    Dear @JioCare, my JioFiber internet has been down since the night of 14 June. A service request was raised on 15 June at 7 AM, but after 48+ hours, no engineer has contacted or visited. Despite multiple calls to cust care, there's been no proper response #JioFiber #PoorService

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am at bangalore SBC station and your 5g data is very slow. The websites are taking too much time to open. I recharged with 5g and am I having 5g phone. Still data speed is poor.
