    @JioCare customer care service for the SR raised. 1575/- July month bill (cumulative of June month bill ) & made payment of 1694/- by part payment of 990/- on 11th of July 2022 with reference #PT000032PAHE by Debit card 574/- on 24th of July 2022 with reference #PT000033QH23 by UPI

    @JioCare @reliancejio I paid bill amount for my postpaid number but it was charged again in new bill also. And regards this I made service request not resolved provided to the case my number 9965512212 bill paid on 11th July 2022 of 990/-

    @reliancejio @JioCare JioFiber has an outage in my area almost every 10 days. Today it’s been down since midnight, ETA is noon. Raised multiple requests already, but no permanent fix. This is clearly an area-level problem, not just my connection. -Kargi Chowk, Dehradun(248001)
