@JioCare when on wifi calling my phone sometimes goes unreachable. Has anyone faced this problem? I have to either reboot or enable & disable airplane mode. The wifi is stable

@JioCare most pathetic helpdesk. Here are the reasons 1) no call back facility, they never ask for that either. So one has to explain entire problem again 2) no escalation policy stating that seniors cannot be reached due to pandemic 3) overcharging customers. #jiodoesntcare

Got a bill of ₹2256 even aftr paying all the dues at the time of merging my 3 numbers on pro rata basis. My bill plan is 999 still the bill amount is jumping over ₹2256 No resolution frm ur CC at all. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'll b moving to Jio soon @reliancejio
