@drsunil345 @SubhashAmbat @JioCare Yes it’s better switch to airtel . At least they have proper customer services. If u have Hathway go for it. Currently I’m using Hathway. It’s been three months i never get any issues with Hathway. And ever month we only receive calls from Hathway customer care about service

@drsunil345 @SubhashAmbat @JioCare You can’t complain or you can’t even escalate to high lever. Because they don’t even have escalation team and they don’t have proper customer service. Better switch to other network. I have very bad experience with these people. You check my tweets

.@JioCare MyJio app says No service in my area where you have 500+ connections. Unable to raise relocate request. Customer care is not accepting relocation request through phone. Address update request accepted but still no resolution on 4th day. No one is helping from Jio
