  @JioCare @JioCare Still problem persists. Engineer visited on 27 May and said I need to wait 48 hours. Today morning he assured me he would visit again and fix the issue permanently, but he never came. Internet is disconnecting 100+ times daily and badly affecting my VDI work. 1/2

  @JioCare pending bill, last date is 01/06, blocking the view of Jio hotstar. Please wait till the payment date expire to block the view Jio hotstar normally. It's disgusting. How to remove the block on the screen? Please act immediately before I lodge a formal complaint.

  @reliancejio @jio_fiber Booked for jio fiber connection on Saturday and one guy came to explain and got 800 rs for installation. He said Installation will be done in next 24 to 48 hours and we are contacting for past 5 days no response. Pathetic service.

  @JioCare Details shared. As i mentioned its 2nd time I'm being asked to take new connection on shifting. If there's no relocation available in cities like Delhi NCR then there's no point mentioning it while selling tye product or service

  @JioCare been trying to get Jio air fiber at my home. But all your reps are useless. They dont pick calls & dont follow up on requests. N then they cancel the requests. Even tried calling your helpline but no help there either. Totally frustrated and disappointed with ur service.

  @JioCare The network issue is in Village Asara, Baghpat, UP - 250623. Residents have been facing a complete outage for 94 days with no calling, SMS, or internet services. Kindly share the expected restoration date.
