@reliancejio @reliancegroup any one interested in jio must understand that their customer service is very poor. They will keep you misunderstanding. No one will respond to your request. Since 4th Feb they are just giving new date. @TRAI must take action

Attention @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup . In outskirts of shimla, at Ghanahatti (kufridhar), As electricity goes off, jio network vanishes. Many customers have dropped from jio for the same reason here. Kindly check. Complaints filed many times already.

@JioCare Yes I know upc code is mandatory. But there should be more ways to generate this code. I have to recharge my Vodafone no with 155rs just to generate this code by sms @TRAI if you are aware about this and not doing anything, this is bad. if you are not aware, are you sleeping?
