    @reliancejio in or city the jio network is very bad as 2G network. So we decided to port jio in airtel 📡📡📡.

    @JioCare Meanwhile, the request has been pending since Nov 13th. @JioCare has been claiming request has been note & forwarded to concerned team. Problem is, I doubt anyone at Jio is actually *concerned* about customer service at all.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am unable to login on Jio TV and Jio cinema apps. Whenever I enter my number it said "invalid number".

    @JioCare now only come to know while trouble shooting internet speed issue with Jio support live chat person (vivek) that there is some issue in chembur area n some services are down n will take approx 10 hrs to restore, hope it will resolve before estimated time. @JioChat

    @JioCare @reliancejio Porting out to BSNL. If at all have to manage with slow Internet they why not BSNL with less RCV for 1 year as compared to jii. So Tata and take care. Enjoy.
