    Heyy @JioCare You are requested to resolution the data speed as soon as possible. Otherwise, cancel my plan. I made a mistake by recharging in Jio. Temporary issue bta kr aap issues solution ka time bhi nhi bta rhe. It's totally bed service. Cc @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @reliancejio in or city the jio network is very bad as 2G network. So we decided to port jio in airtel 📡📡📡.

    Why Jio network making my villegers fool....first call of jio sim automatically declined and the data can't properly working last 6 months .....i think we want shift to Airtel or Vi network (Location Raghunathpura teh. Suratgarh sriganganagar ) @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @JioCare The nearest Jio tower is located just 300 meters from my home; why, then, is 5G service unavailable? Despite recharging with ₹399 every month, 5G is available on other networks—but Jio is rubbish

    Even after so much of complaining , @reliancejio still did not solve my issue regarding their 5g connectivity . Recharging on jio now feels just a waste of money .

    @JioCare What is the resolution time of this? This connection was implemented by your engineer only. We didn't buy and attach the connection from ourself and u people have no ownership for this. Refund my money if you are not able to resolve this. We will return your settopbox. @JioCare

    @JioCare my internet did not work for around 7 days in March. Called helpline twice for extra 7 days validity. They say it will be done but nothing is done. No complaint number. Nothing.

    @JioCare Still not a single update or communication from @reliancejio , let alone a resolution. Meanwhile, your customer care has been spamming me with Jio Fibre connection request - a connection I already have. That's how trash your services are.

    Hi @JioCare TEam, Last Monday I requested a new SIM for porting and received the delivery executive’s details, but there has been no response since then. I even visited the Jio store twice with no resolution.
