    @JioCare Whole day they are saying that they will come to set up but at last didn't came if you are not able to give service you can tell us we will go for other company please try to get my set up by tomorrow first half.

    @JioCare We requested for relocation of our Jio fiber between different flat but within the same building. Your engineer declined the request, call centre is not picking the call, we have been told to discontinue the existing connection. Not expected from Jio, help urgently.

    @JioCare Jio takes money for 4g internet but gives speed in 8-10kbs only. It's becoming so much difficult that I am facing many problems in online studies. It's your duty to satisfy your customers. What has happened to jio service? Is it only to give ads and betray customers?

    @JioCare Your network is probably the worst network in the whole world. I think even the other third world counties must be getting better 4g services than us #indians. You might be using 4G spectrum but your network speed is not 4G at all. I get less than 1mbps data speed inside house.

    Hi @JioCare I am trying to change my secondary number on my JioFi as I don’t have the previous number with me. Can you please help. I tried calling the customer care but it gets disconnected and I am unable to link the device to my account. Kindly help here on priority
