    @JioCare @reliancejio Abhijit still the same. I am just being directed to an automated chatbox which makes no sense with the issue I have raised can we have a whatsapp call on the number I shared in DM. This needs priority solution.

    @JioCare Jio data network is very poor during day time from many days at Ragarganj Bazaar Post Belsar Tehsil Tarabganj District Gonda U.P-271401 complained regarding this many time but no action taken by Jio team Hence it is my request to please check and do the needful Hope u'll

    @JioCare do you make it a habit to not resolve your customer complaints? I raised a concern with my jio fiber connection (taken on 17 May) on May 25. While it's marked resolved in the app no steps have been taken. I was promised an engineer visit. None yet.
