@JioCare Requested for uninstallation 2 weeks before,daily receiving uninstallation msg and it's getting postponed to next day,& then tried to reach the customer care they say politely the engineer will come within 24hrs & the issue will be solved.Still my issue is not resolved.

I have opted for a 3 month jio fiber plan . Now I am seeing due in my account not sure why . Associate supposed to visit but did not come . He could not explain properly either . He did not mention anything about this due . Jio customer service in 505301 is the worst . @JioCare
