Despite contacting JioCare and following all the troubleshooting steps provided, the issue still persists and no technician visit has been scheduled. I’m on a 100 Mbps plan but getting only ~15 Mbps.

I am also a Jio postpaid user and I getting concerned have I made correct decision to opt for Jio connection. Your sales/installation services are so pathetic.
