ashish sharma (@smart_ashish) reported@JioCare why the hell you are charging for 5g plan when you are giving no internet on 5g mobile? I have to use airtel sim net. Even I can't open my jio app using your 5G internet. Your customer care is telling me 5g minimum speed is 5mbps to 30mbps. That should be 2G speed.

Requesting you to send someone for a site visit. The WiFi is going off from all the mobiles frequently. Working fine if the connection is there.
