    @JioCare @reliancejio frm today's evening there is no internet & not able to make a voice call also. Signal 📶 strength is good but no services are available in my area. Maximum time we're facing this issues with #jio only but no amendment is done frm ur end. Please 🙏 @JioCare

    @JioCare R we getting d things wt we're paying for. Ur services aren't like before. Really it curbs our works. Getting infuriate due to dis in daily basis. If u r not able 2 provide d best services den pls let us knw, we're switching 2 other network 2 avail d same. Now we can't rely on u.

    @JioCare Sir,number of times,I have booked complain for poor quality of network at Soro ,near rly. gate area in Balasore district of state Odisha, 756045. But unfortunately my request has not been put in ear since 3 years. This is not my problem only but you may conduct a survey.

    @sekhar_sahoo @JioCare They didn't refund it and also not providing the better service once they received the money once from our end. They just imbibe the customers that the things they can do perfectly. #jiocare #jio

    @JioCare Hi, thanks for getting back. Issue has been addressed now. However I would like to highlight that service provided by Jio is bad and every time I have to do several follow ups to get the issue addressed. Customer representatives are also not bothered.

    Being a customer of jio since long its pathetic that the internet service is so poor we are paying for the service and getting the speed of 2g this is serious concern please work on the connectivity and internet issue @reliancejio @reliancegroup @JioCare
