    @JioCare R we getting d things wt we're paying for. Ur services aren't like before. Really it curbs our works. Getting infuriate due to dis in daily basis. If u r not able 2 provide d best services den pls let us knw, we're switching 2 other network 2 avail d same. Now we can't rely on u.

    @JioCare Sir,number of times,I have booked complain for poor quality of network at Soro ,near rly. gate area in Balasore district of state Odisha, 756045. But unfortunately my request has not been put in ear since 3 years. This is not my problem only but you may conduct a survey.

    @JioCare SR is SR00001F2ALE. My SR is closed 3 times without any resolution. Those people resolve internally & don't give any resolution to the customer. I have been calling last 6 days but no response. I am told that call will come in 24h but no call or email is coming from them

    @JioCare @JioCare Facing voice interruptions during calls due to network issue. Raised complaint: MR00014G3SJ 04-NOV-22 LAT: 11.00238 LONG: 78.80236 Hope Jio would take immediate action to fix and ensure no customers are going out from Jio Family due to Network Issues.

    Jio fiber is cheating by saying connection within 24 hrs. It’s been more than 9 days, upfront payment done for six months rental too, installation not done and connection not established. Very poor response from local team @reliancejio @JioFiberChennai

    @JioCare all of a sudden received msg of reschedule which I didn’t. Pathetic customer support. With reference to Service Request Number SR00001F3EOG, visit of Jioengineer for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number +913335592138 has been rescheduled.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Please improve network connection in Jalna Maharashtra your network sucks and working with 2G speed common launching 5G won't work if basic facilities are not provided
