@JioCare Sir,number of times,I have booked complain for poor quality of network at Soro ,near rly. gate area in Balasore district of state Odisha, 756045. But unfortunately my request has not been put in ear since 3 years. This is not my problem only but you may conduct a survey.

@JioCare R we getting d things wt we're paying for. Ur services aren't like before. Really it curbs our works. Getting infuriate due to dis in daily basis. If u r not able 2 provide d best services den pls let us knw, we're switching 2 other network 2 avail d same. Now we can't rely on u.

@JioCare Being data,a couple of day before i can't use data as much enough. Because i have tight schedule. Jio does not sent me data usage indicatur message. Then why should you say i had use my full data for last two days. Don't fraudest activity. Need full service give strong customer

@JioCare Hi Team, SR000017RCOP ticket was opened on 2nd Dec and since then i am following up on this issue and it's not resolved yet. Today appointment is fixed for 6 pm evening and i know no one going to visit at that late, It's happened before as well. Please help on this.

@JioCare User have mentioned that their overseas devices which have LT E and built in volte suport apparently are not supported by Jio. Does Jio whitelist devices ?if so where is the imei checker to confirm eligibility of devices to be used on the network ?
