@JioCare R we getting d things wt we're paying for. Ur services aren't like before. Really it curbs our works. Getting infuriate due to dis in daily basis. If u r not able 2 provide d best services den pls let us knw, we're switching 2 other network 2 avail d same. Now we can't rely on u.

@JioCare @reliancejio frm today's evening there is no internet & not able to make a voice call also. Signal 📶 strength is good but no services are available in my area. Maximum time we're facing this issues with #jio only but no amendment is done frm ur end. Please 🙏 @JioCare

@JioCare Sir,number of times,I have booked complain for poor quality of network at Soro ,near rly. gate area in Balasore district of state Odisha, 756045. But unfortunately my request has not been put in ear since 3 years. This is not my problem only but you may conduct a survey.

@JioCare Do you think I had not done this till now. I had submitted request atleast 20 times in last 1.5 years but it is of no use. Everytime I got same message that jio give service is not available at your location but next door society 50 meters form my society had jio fiber connection

Worst service by Jio. You guys couldn't even relocate my connection. Engineer not available, service person not available. All lame reasons. Please improve service or else prepare to lose customers!!! Lethargic service!!! @reliancejio @JioCare

. @reliancejio Dear jio, I was really hopeful for your product and took 2 fiber connection. But I am disappointed to the core and am seeing the worst service provided by any internet service provider.
