@JioCare @reliancejio frm today's evening there is no internet & not able to make a voice call also. Signal 📶 strength is good but no services are available in my area. Maximum time we're facing this issues with #jio only but no amendment is done frm ur end. Please 🙏 @JioCare

@JioCare R we getting d things wt we're paying for. Ur services aren't like before. Really it curbs our works. Getting infuriate due to dis in daily basis. If u r not able 2 provide d best services den pls let us knw, we're switching 2 other network 2 avail d same. Now we can't rely on u.

@JioCare Sir,number of times,I have booked complain for poor quality of network at Soro ,near rly. gate area in Balasore district of state Odisha, 756045. But unfortunately my request has not been put in ear since 3 years. This is not my problem only but you may conduct a survey.

@JioCare support is one of the most pathetic service I came across! Trying to relocate jio-fiber for almost a week now and they are just sending incorrect numbers and keep rescheduling. This also happened a few months back and i had to buy a new router out of frustration. 😖😖

Pathetic Service by @reliancejio almost 4 days and yet to be resolved. #Jiofiber Service Request Number SR00001CMY8A /. Without get any call from engineer automatically get MSG your vist reschedule as per your request. It's some kind of joke.

Anyone planning a new internet connection in Bangalore stay away from @reliancejio. Forget after sales service, their pre installation services are abysmal. Money taken in advance but no installation even after 4 days. No response from Customer care. @JioCare

@JioCare FINALLY, my device has been picked up. KINDLY issue my REFUND for (180-2=178 days) immediately. I've paid INR 6436.92 for 180 days of service. Terminated within 48 hours due to false/incorrect info from sales team and based on feedback/resolution from CS team.

@JioCare what is going on in My region Katihar district of Bihar. Full tower still Calling and internet issue. The calls are not connecting. The internet stops working! Like I am thinking to port one of my number ,if this issue is not solving.
