    @JioCare R we getting d things wt we're paying for. Ur services aren't like before. Really it curbs our works. Getting infuriate due to dis in daily basis. If u r not able 2 provide d best services den pls let us knw, we're switching 2 other network 2 avail d same. Now we can't rely on u.

    @JioCare @reliancejio frm today's evening there is no internet & not able to make a voice call also. Signal 📶 strength is good but no services are available in my area. Maximum time we're facing this issues with #jio only but no amendment is done frm ur end. Please 🙏 @JioCare

    @JioCare Sir,number of times,I have booked complain for poor quality of network at Soro ,near rly. gate area in Balasore district of state Odisha, 756045. But unfortunately my request has not been put in ear since 3 years. This is not my problem only but you may conduct a survey.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Sir This is Prasad Mohapatra .BALASORE . Odisha.I and our all villages susaeity face' a Big problems for Jio. because. Jio data speed is very poor of our village susaeity. So we face many problems for internet speed.plz sir deliberation this metter.

    @JioCare worst customer care service. They have scheduled engineer visit at 17.30 today but yet engineer has not visited and on calling customer care they are re scheduling the same. You have to be behind them to get service. Let jio behind us to get connections.

    @FenilKhut @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. The refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @DoT_India
