@JioCare @reliancejio frm today's evening there is no internet & not able to make a voice call also. Signal 📶 strength is good but no services are available in my area. Maximum time we're facing this issues with #jio only but no amendment is done frm ur end. Please 🙏 @JioCare

@JioCare R we getting d things wt we're paying for. Ur services aren't like before. Really it curbs our works. Getting infuriate due to dis in daily basis. If u r not able 2 provide d best services den pls let us knw, we're switching 2 other network 2 avail d same. Now we can't rely on u.

@JioCare Sir,number of times,I have booked complain for poor quality of network at Soro ,near rly. gate area in Balasore district of state Odisha, 756045. But unfortunately my request has not been put in ear since 3 years. This is not my problem only but you may conduct a survey.

After asking them about the issue. They changed their path & are saying to buy it differently. Why should I buy when it said it comes with the plan

They just have a bunch of response ready and just copy paste them to the customers. They don't even feel the need to type something on their own. Already having some doubts over this service

I have registered for jioautopay 15 days ago till now its showing in pending. They are say that approval within 48 hours.I have registered a complaint but no solution from jiocare. It has been 10 day but no solution from @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani #noservicefromjio

@reliancejio the way you provide services is not accepted. Pin code 754001 is not totally serviceable. Even tower symbol is not coming .is this the way you sayin that best network of India

Isn't it called fraud. Showing gold and delivering something else. Never expected this from @JioCare. After complaining the same via dm they are asking me to purchase prime differently. Why should I??? Doesn't your plan say that it includes prime with the plan.
