    @JioCare Sir,number of times,I have booked complain for poor quality of network at Soro ,near rly. gate area in Balasore district of state Odisha, 756045. But unfortunately my request has not been put in ear since 3 years. This is not my problem only but you may conduct a survey.

    @JioCare R we getting d things wt we're paying for. Ur services aren't like before. Really it curbs our works. Getting infuriate due to dis in daily basis. If u r not able 2 provide d best services den pls let us knw, we're switching 2 other network 2 avail d same. Now we can't rely on u.

    @JioCare experiencing slow internet issues on my Jio Fiber. Please get it checked. When opening the app on Jio Fiber connection it is taking a lot of time. However, switching to mobile data the app is opening pretty quickly.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have made request for postpaid sim cancellation of my Jio Number on 24 Aug 2022 for which service request number is SR00001DETPQ. But till now, no refund of security amount has made by Jio team. Even refund form has not been provided to me yet. Kindly look

    @Airtel_Presence Why your network reception is poor at my home; multiple complaints have been made, all in vain. @JioCare @Vodafone network is flawless. Kindly fix this issue within 7 working days.
