@JioCare Sir,number of times,I have booked complain for poor quality of network at Soro ,near rly. gate area in Balasore district of state Odisha, 756045. But unfortunately my request has not been put in ear since 3 years. This is not my problem only but you may conduct a survey.

@JioCare R we getting d things wt we're paying for. Ur services aren't like before. Really it curbs our works. Getting infuriate due to dis in daily basis. If u r not able 2 provide d best services den pls let us knw, we're switching 2 other network 2 avail d same. Now we can't rely on u.

@JioCare Jio fiber ID +914479670591, Wanted to return only STB, but jio CC wanted to return both stb+router, and then will provide only router. But customer have to pay installation charges 2 times. This is jio process gap and ridiculous that customer forced to pay. UNACCEPTABLE.
