@JioCare R we getting d things wt we're paying for. Ur services aren't like before. Really it curbs our works. Getting infuriate due to dis in daily basis. If u r not able 2 provide d best services den pls let us knw, we're switching 2 other network 2 avail d same. Now we can't rely on u.

@JioCare Sir,number of times,I have booked complain for poor quality of network at Soro ,near rly. gate area in Balasore district of state Odisha, 756045. But unfortunately my request has not been put in ear since 3 years. This is not my problem only but you may conduct a survey.

@JioCare @reliancejio frm today's evening there is no internet & not able to make a voice call also. Signal 📶 strength is good but no services are available in my area. Maximum time we're facing this issues with #jio only but no amendment is done frm ur end. Please 🙏 @JioCare

@JioCare Worse customer service when they have to give refund please don’t take their connection their team is full of liars where they say relocation stopped so you have to take new connection but they are not getting device picked up and not issuing refund . No respite by appellate too

@JioCare @reliancejio It’s unacceptable that you guys take 24 hours to address any internet issues when it’s a Hybrid situation in Bengaluru. Absolutely disgusting !! For a new connection you guys are taking less than 5 hours on the other hand.
