@JioCare Sir,number of times,I have booked complain for poor quality of network at Soro ,near rly. gate area in Balasore district of state Odisha, 756045. But unfortunately my request has not been put in ear since 3 years. This is not my problem only but you may conduct a survey.

@JioCare R we getting d things wt we're paying for. Ur services aren't like before. Really it curbs our works. Getting infuriate due to dis in daily basis. If u r not able 2 provide d best services den pls let us knw, we're switching 2 other network 2 avail d same. Now we can't rely on u.

@JioCare I would like to tell you that your jiofibre service is so pathetic. None of the jio fibre engineers are picking the phone after the installation. You are giving one month of free service that doesn't mean you wouldn't be giving customer service. Very pathetic.
