    @JioCare already shared many times through DM, but no results. Can you please mend such things asap as we're facing issues due to this in our life. Looks like still we're combating to get the better services from you.

    @JioCare R we getting d things wt we're paying for. Ur services aren't like before. Really it curbs our works. Getting infuriate due to dis in daily basis. If u r not able 2 provide d best services den pls let us knw, we're switching 2 other network 2 avail d same. Now we can't rely on u.

    @JioCare @reliancejio frm today's evening there is no internet & not able to make a voice call also. Signal 📶 strength is good but no services are available in my area. Maximum time we're facing this issues with #jio only but no amendment is done frm ur end. Please 🙏 @JioCare

    @JioCare Sir,number of times,I have booked complain for poor quality of network at Soro ,near rly. gate area in Balasore district of state Odisha, 756045. But unfortunately my request has not been put in ear since 3 years. This is not my problem only but you may conduct a survey.

    Every once in a while @JioCare screws up. Internet connectivity is down in my locality for the last 3 days! Not able to call their support as yet keep replaying IVR saying there is maintenance. It’s high time to consider an alternative. @airtelindia what are your basic plans?

    @JioCare why every few months you reset my jio fiber username and password automatically and it takes a lot of time to get everything back to working normal and when I call your customer care it's one of the worse and instead of arranging home visit they keep talking...
