@JioCare Because Jio authorities didn't pay heed to my complaint and never tried to show any interest in solving the issue, I have decided not to Recharge my Jio Sim anymore.

@JioCare I'm really surprised to find Jio still asking me about the trouble, I am facing. It's same case that after listening to full Ramayan, one asks, 'who was Ram'. There are only two possibilities that either jio doesn't want to understand or doesn't have brain to understand.

@reliancejio For the last about two months, there's almost no internet. No assurance, when the service will be restored. Jio just looting its customers. Will jio compensate us for our loss. Ambanis don't care, they have Powerful network in the government. Must surrender jio sims.

@JioCare SR0001C3EIP 3 days more than 72 hours since wifi is down. When the engineer will visit? For last 3 days, all I hear is "you are working on it". You are supposed to provide resolution within 24 hours. What type of service is this?
