@Netflixhelps Sadly @jiocare is behaving like an ignorant company. When a customer downgrades his plan in Netflix app, the same is not getting updated in Jio app even after 12 days. So they are billing the customer for a higher plan while we are getting the lower plan benefits. @netflix
