@reliancejio @JioCare Dear Jio Team, I am facing many issue on my Jio number 9643527220. This no incoming and outgoing call are stopped many time due to unknown reason. I complaint, but happened again. And jio customer care team is not support positively.Kindly do the needful.

There is very weak network in my village although Jio Tower is there .. Reason of this that Tower is not working in day time ( In night network is good) .....pls clarify it asap because student’s online studies get hampered @reliancejio @JioCare @cmohry @mlkhattar @Dchautala

There is no network of Jio in Aerocity block C Mohali and IT city sector 66 B Mohali. Calling service and mobile internet Services are extremely bad. Your work will suffer excessively whether you are on call or using e mail on phone. #Abysmalmobileinternetservice @JioCare

@JioCare my jiofiber is not working properly even after getting it replaced with a new jio-fiber for 1500, gets disconnected again and again and the speed is now immensely slow, even lower than my mobile data. Please get it resolved asap.

@reliancejio @JioCare Post recharging with ₹999 monthly pack not able to view OTT subs. Sales Rep told me to just login with registered Mobile number and be connected to Jiofiber it will work on mobile, Laptop, TV.But it doesn't work every OTT asks to subscribe. Very Bad.

@JioCare @reliancejio hav a JioFiber connection giving me 3-5 Mbps speed. Tried calling ur CC no, but wasted 10 precious mins. How fast can u take back **** from my place & initiate the refund? I hv already placed MNP request for my mob no, this one proved that u don't care.
