    @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio Giga Fiber services are down since yesterday (13-Jan-21) morning. Raised complaint on JIO customer care with number: SR000013OTQV. Problem not resolved but issue marked as resolved. Called customer care atleast 3 times but to no avail.

    @JioCare im stuck with your current jio fiber plan wherein I can't upgrade the bandwidth till my plan expires after 6mons this is absolutely ridiculous there should be option to upgrade the bandwidth can this be checked else i will have to terminate account n move somewhere else

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare The wrost service of reliance network providing in my area code 243631 Ahmadganj. There is so much problems in connectivity, internet access etc. We can't send or download any files speedily.

    worst service from @reliancejio 7 days since my work connection stopped working and there has been no ***** given by the team about the issue, they are busier in solving the lines of VVIP's in the area, and small businesses get neglected like always. I've made like a 100 calls
