There is very weak network in my village although Jio Tower is there .. Reason of this that Tower is not working in day time ( In night network is good) .....pls clarify it asap because student’s online studies get hampered @reliancejio @JioCare @cmohry @mlkhattar @Dchautala

@reliancejio @JioCare Dear Jio Team, I am facing many issue on my Jio number 9643527220. This no incoming and outgoing call are stopped many time due to unknown reason. I complaint, but happened again. And jio customer care team is not support positively.Kindly do the needful.

I'm shocked and annoyed to see Jio's service outside India. International roaming pack is a big scam. Your 1100 Rs. data gets exhausted within few kilobytes, not even a megabyte. Are you kidding? Stop fooling & looting customers. @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat #jioscam

Jio fiber is a disastrous experience for us. @JioCare @reliancejio Out of the last 48 hours since the jio fiber was installed, we had to spend 36 hours without internet. Customer care is just pushing back resolution time endlessly. Wouldn't recommend this to my colleagues
