    In this quarantine, everyone wants to stay at home and chill, but @reliancejio @JioCare disrespected us by degrading there network, all of sudden we stopped getting network and internet speed, thank you @reliancejio for this action in such worst time

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare i have escalated our network issue so many times which we are facing from long time,network issue in 5 kg radius from my location.Everybody facing this network issue in my area. Kindly sort out this network issue asap.i hope we don't have to escalated.

    @JioCare i had ordered a jio fiber and your sales representative had contacted me, and he said that in my region jio fiber will not available. And it will never come !! Seriously is this the way jio cares about its coutomers??😤 Very much unsatisfied with jiofiber orders.

    @JioCare The status is the same. Every time I am calling customer care, I have been told that in next 24hrs the issue will be resolved but unfortunately its the third day and there is no contact yet from jiofiber team to resolve this. Can you please expedite this.
