    @JioCare No response from the engineer team even after fixing appointments multiple times. I log a appointment and they just close it without fixing the problem tried contacting them personally they just say that tomorrow your Problem will be solved but then again no response.

    Installed jio fiber yesterday but I’m unable to browse internet trying to contact with customer care but didn’t respond. Waited 15-20 minutes on live chat but there was no response @reliancejio Very poor service @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio As I already mentioned, we have already registering umpteen times since last 2 years and its a prime location so we are wondering how can Reliance Jio be so slow with their so called phased roll out. What's the shortage?

    @reliancejio my number is 8126730051 and I paid 2500 on Saturday for fiber connection but now only false promises are made by customer care executive and the person who visited.. I want my refund today only.
