@JioCare @reliancejio What's more - You also hang up on customers , On the name of customer channels - You do nothing but keep a customer hanging between email, chat and phone. No one knows what's happening on one mode. Pathetic service. Do u have any Senior customer centric employee workforce?

@JioCare @fiber_jio you are pick my device on March 4th, 2021 and you didn't send my refund yet. I don't know why I'm take your worst service. That is my big mistake your jio fiber is a box of waste. Improve your service and get customer satisfaction. Refund my money asap.
