@reliancejio completely disappointed with your service.There is no signal right from 11 am to 1.15pm.2 weeks back too same thing happened.And there is no abnormal weather too. How can I rely on such ntwrk? Its been 1month I converted from airtel to jio.I really regret my decision

@JioCare I got a update from local tower maintenance guy outage is due to power issue,there was a power outage in the locality during the same time which means ,Jio running equipment without any backup power supply . I am noticing when ever there is power cut the signal going down.

@jiotvplus @JioCare What’s the issue with ETV on JIOTV+ Only response from customercare is there’s a technical glitch. But for how many months does a technical glitch last?? Either you have a bad response team or bad customer service.
