@JioCare Pathetic service by Jio. No internet from last 1 week and they are just raising service request and no step after that. They were very prompt when I applied for new connection but after service is pathetic. Dont fall for their trap.

@Airtel_Presence My Airtel fiber connection is down since last Friday. This is in Goregaon West Shastri Nagar. There are no updates just messages every 3 hours that they are looking into it. Really bad CX. @airtelindia Looks like it’s time to switch to @JioCare

@reliancejio who in the world designed the postpaid plans, especially the ₹999 plan!the structure sucks badly! This plan has 3 child - who the hell wants to have data allocated, learn from @airtelindia on how a family pool works, also child numbers can have international calling

@JioCare from January you are bluffing me(customers) still how many months you want to rectify my issue..don't send previous transaction number which is refunded just ₹3 on april 29-2021(total ₹249 to be refunded by Jio)

Dear @reliancejio, Please provide a Gigabit Ethernet Port in the #JioFiber Set Top Box. Currently it's just a 100Mbps port which means no matter how fast my plan speed is the STB is capped to the speed ~ 91Mbps. Please fix it. Provide a Gigabit Ethernet Port. @JioCare
