    @JioCare No updates again—no call, no assistance from Jio today. The total turnaround time for this escalation has now reached 1 month and 2 days. This is, without a doubt, the worst service I’ve ever experienced. This clearly reflects negligence, repeated fake updates.

    Hello Jio @JioCare, my SIM order placed on 16 April is still undelivered despite multiple follow-ups. I no longer wish to continue with this order. Please cancel Order No: NO00015DALSL and initiate refund of ₹400 at the earliest.

    @reliancejio My internet speeds are terrible with Jio. I pay for 100mbps, but it barely hits 5mbps unless I restart the router, and even then, it only lasts for 5 minutes. I can't even get in touch with customer service or report the issue.

    @JioCare same reply i received yesterday. today no visit. tomorrow pls resolve. just now your support assistant conveyed that service engg confirmed at 12pm tomorrow. pls organise without fail. 2nd cable became stiff pls replace this also at the earliest.
