    @reliancejio @JioCare Not getting propper service in Ichalkaranji for postpaid JIO. We have corporate cards porting into JIO. We have given 3 times porting code but till not porting done. JIO Representative saying that not our issue. Plz look into this matters as anRESPONSIBILITY

    @JioCare before porting to jio I was given the assurance about its continuous progress of in improving the network services and after porting the speed is 1.5mb higest and I have to hunt for btr connectivity just for my office works. It's clear jio started stealing money.

    @JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR000017NF3A for your JioFiber connection your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 25-11-2021 : 15:15:00. Today I raised the issue you are taking more than 24 hrs to just send Engineer. Pathetic.

    @JioCare Dear Manish your executive call me on 8126921837 but he didn't hear my voice . He talk to some setting in phone but voice nit clear. The main problem is network not in my handset. So again request please visit physically and short out the problem. About 1 year this issue.

    @reliancejio really disgusting service presently full day connection lost and still not working @JioCare your customer care only one answer restart your device , really shameful that type of service back to back 2 days in last 5 days. Now I decided to change to Airtel Black.
