    @reliancejio @JioCare Not getting propper service in Ichalkaranji for postpaid JIO. We have corporate cards porting into JIO. We have given 3 times porting code but till not porting done. JIO Representative saying that not our issue. Plz look into this matters as anRESPONSIBILITY

    @JioCare jiofiber connection lena easy h return karna is impossible whether you are transferred. They will raise complaint after 10 years and force u to make payment although my connection is prepaid

    @JioCare Sanju service person clearly said either I take AirFiber or switch providers, and he will not fix my current connection. Currently the status is on hold. He said he won’t be fixing the issue. Please do something. I have already paid for the anual plan. Im a loyal customer.

    3 main telecom service providers exist in India yet neither @JioCare nor @airtelindia can provide a stable cellular connection in one city. You move to the roof & signal strength improves for calling, you move indoors & this signal turns to ****. Delhi NCR is such a dead zone.
