    @JioCare As per customer care, my prepaid connection can be changed to postpaid by my jio app, also representative will do at doorstep and as per their instruction i have done it. However your representative calling and saying that it is not possible and give code to cancel request.

    @PMOIndia @reliancejio Here at outram lines at 1654 delhi 110009 your tower is installed but not working since yestday we are not able to make or receive calls and not able to use data as No service is showing on the screen pls do the needful @HMOIndia

    @ranjan_rishi_ The only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your to @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice bhai sahab jio ka new connection lagwaya tha 3 + 1 month offer mai, and now in 3 month account got suspended never got the extra month now should i change my internet provider or you guys gonna do something about it?
