    @reliancejio @JioCare Not getting propper service in Ichalkaranji for postpaid JIO. We have corporate cards porting into JIO. We have given 3 times porting code but till not porting done. JIO Representative saying that not our issue. Plz look into this matters as anRESPONSIBILITY

    Took 2 days just to get a ticket logged, and still NO technician assigned. Just endless bot loops and generic automated emails. Unacceptable service @JioCare @reliancejio

    @RaviSin6238033 @JioCare Similar problem I faced few days ago. They keep saying engineer is not able to enter your premises, but when after 12 days engineer came, he said he did not got any service query. Means jio is not handovers complaint to local engineer and randomly updating status by own.

    @reliancejio My area from Bihar district katihar pin code is 854114 mobile tower is near but network is fear you are cheating all coustomer I pay 1 years recharge but I was mistaken me all coustomer port in airtel but many coustomer not port in airte because recharge already 3 month 1 years

    Day 8 of trying to get my eSIM activated, and still absolutely no hlp frm Jio. The customer service has been nothing but frustrating. I’ll keep posting about this every day until Jio finally fix my issue @JioCare @reliancejio — he is it this difficult to provider basic support

    @JioCare Your customer service is worst Customer executive is not picking call Tollfree numbers are only automated response When i tried connecting jio customer store, they are asking to come to store without hearing whats the problem

    The internet in my area is so unstable and not only my mobile internet but also the wifi here, I contacted the customer care once for another issue so when I asked him about ping and unstability of the internet it was ignored @reliancejio @JioCare
