    @JioCare @reliancejio Sad to say that Jio fiber service have become worse day by day, the internet speed is extremely poor and fluctuating in our society. Complaints lodged with customer care remain unattended. Might as well switch to @airtelindia now.

    Complained multiple times about the lack of 5G access in my area and @reliancejio has failed to provide a solution. After months of wait I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with their customer service.Time to switch to a provider that values their customers! #5GFail @JioCare
