    @JioCare I have been charged twice while upgrading my Netflix plan, now your customer care agent is telling me that he cannot see the transaction, while same is reflecting on my My Jio app, is this the way you guys are conducting business.I will surrender my connection. #JioFiber

    Pathetic support by @JioCare team. No option provided in MyJio app to raise complaints for #JioFibre connection If you call there helpline number it says 11 minutes waiting time n disconnects after 3 - 4 minutes. Can't raise a complaint in app. Engineer doesn't respond for calls
