    I am in hyderabad,sri ram nagar, kondapur location. From last 1 month I am receiving very very poor network on my jio mobile. I have to move out of the house to call people. I live on 4th floor.On ground floor there in no network. Whats wrong? @reliancejio @JioCare .

    @reliancejio I make a advance payment for jio fiber(1203238417) but this is showing no plan activated, also did multiple call and email to customer support but no solution can someone check this.

    @JioCare My internet is currently facing issues and diagnostics show a service request already raised (Request ID: SR000030R0ED). Kindly look into this and resolve it ASAP as the connection is critical for my work. Please prioritize the fix.
