@PhonePe is giving such a worst experience ever ! Got my @reliancejio phone number recharged yesterday but recharge request is still under "processing" even after more than 18 hours ! And most annoying thing is - if u cancel the recharge midway, you won't get your money back !

Hlw @JioCare I think you must dismantle your jiofiber support services as they have no knowledge & authority. They're just as good as your bot on jio app. Only good for raising service requests. I've been raising requests since 19th July and no response... 1/2
