  @JioCare Result is the same. Again i have an SMS from your backend service team that the services engineers visit has been rescheduled for tomorrow. Whats going on. The ordeal doesnt seem to end.Same thing goes on and on.

  @JioCare Do you really care about your customer? Or just pretending to be polite? That you really want to provide the best possible experience. Because I have taken a JioFiber connection. On which I am not getting all the services running smoothly from the first day.

  We are unable to perform our work during the peak season just due to their false claims of installation of Jiofiber within a day as their team is not capable of doing so and there is no proper response. Such a pathetic and dissatisfactory service from @reliancejio @JioCare.(2/2)

  @JioCare Pathetic service in lucknow . Raised a complaint at 7 am for 11 am slot as wifi not working and till 1:15 pm no one showed up . Customer care also not supporting . Dissatisfied and very poor service
