@reliancejio @RelianceJioCare I have 5 Jio connection in my house. There is network problem in all five mobiles. There is also network problem in the locality. If the network problem is not fixed then we will forcefully port it to another network.

@reliancejio I have trusted and opted jio fiber in bangalore no communication between sales and installation folks finally jio fiber end up in cancelling the connection. . I never seen this kind of pathetic customer service..non one pick calls worst customer service ever. Kudos!

@reliancejio @JioCare My Jio STB remote is not working & I followed all the troubleshooting steps & steps provided in the video by Jio. It is still not working, I contacted customer care and he was rude and not helpful at all. If you can't help your customer lmk, I will switch.
