@JioCare hi jio on ground floor and 1st floor of my house i get only 4g lte signals to catch 5g siganls i need to move 2nd floor then only mobile catch 5g signals please solve this issue i cant use 5g in gound and 1st floor of my home

@JioCare I am the new customer of jio fiber and yesterday I made payment for internet new connection and received message for installation for today 1PM but as of now I haven't received any update regarding installation. Worst part is jio's agent is now not picking up the phone.
