@JioCare hi jio on ground floor and 1st floor of my house i get only 4g lte signals to catch 5g siganls i need to move 2nd floor then only mobile catch 5g signals please solve this issue i cant use 5g in gound and 1st floor of my home

@JioCare the nearer tower i usually connected from my home,get frequency power cut due even in slow rain,so i get disconnected r From it,and mobile gets signals from very far away mobile towers,so during this time perioud i get worst speed and issue in call too,do needfull please

@reliancejio I have booked jio fiber for home on 3rd August'2022 and have paid Rs.2450. But till now it's been 9 days the installation of service at my location has not been done. distribution box for jio fiber is just opposite to my house. Does jio even want to provide service?

Recently visited this location and found that new tower has been installed. Signal strength was full for the first time in this area. internet speed was very slow. We love @reliancejio for their prompt replies and no doubt your services r better. @airtelindia @DoT_India
