    @JioMart @JioMart_Support @reliancejio i'm jiomart digital partner i'v ordered iphone 14 pro 256gb from jio mart on 06/12/22 it was auto returned i was supposed to get refund in 7 days but its not done, i have raised complain several time with local team but no support yet

    @JioCare @reliancejio JioFiber internet has been down for 80+ hours. Complaint SR000036X115 was raised on 28 May. Engineer visit was scheduled on 29 May but nobody came. After ~30 calls to customer care, the app still shows "Assigning an Engineer". Please fix #JioFiber

    @JioCare Shashank don't you think recharge expiry related msg I should receive a week ago? But it's almost 3 weeks earlier and daily I'm receiving. You have the worst network presence and call drop is regular. Occasionally you can talk correctly over call and internet is space technology

    @reliancejio @JioCare 10+ days, multiple relocation requests, daily follow-ups, countless assurances of resolution within 24 hours. Every day a new ticket is raised and the previous one gets put on hold. Pathetic customer service. Need immediate action.

    @JioCare How earliest can be earliest 3 days? Your technician won’t receive calls and customer care tells it’s on hold we also don’t know when it will be resolved. Customer service is joke in Jio #PatheticService

    @JioCare LRN cancelled by Jio not by me and you should take action on what basis it was cancelled and why your representative offering other operator services instead of Jio and told me no jio service in my area even other neighbours are using the service. Request cancelled 4 times.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber @JioCare Took payment for a JioFiber connection, failed to install it, marked it as "Activated", and withheld the refund. This is a clear case of deficient service. Immediate refund and compensation required, failing which I will pursue legal .
