@JioCare Dear jio I didn't receive any call or msg regarding my problem from your side till now. Right now I am at Phulera, Jaipur, (Rajasthan) and I am facing the same problem here too. Now I doubt myself, why I went with jio. Pathetic!!

@JioCare 5th Strongest brand. Yet dnt hv the expertise to fix its Network. Same old too many users reply to every1. Hw cn u be a strong brand whn u cnt even u cnt even handle users using your services.

@reliancejio no service from past 2days. Technician didn’t visited to my place after giving confirmation . Very poor service in #jamshedpur area. Customer care confirmed that issue is resolved but still I am facing connectivity problem which is costing to my job.

@JioCare @bidyutr59294737 Can't help, this is what happens in case of monopoly. Jio Mart is more dangerous with servicing their orders. And Giga Fiber is yet to be rolled out in most parts of Kolkata and suburbs with no definite timeline. 😐
