    My problem is the exact reverse. @airtelindia broadband and 4G become useless after 8 PM. I have to rely on @reliancejio which is ok, but eats up data at its own pace.

    @reliancejio I have faced very very high irritated feel ... daily due to the network issue... for loading 2MB, it takes minimum 2 to 3 minutes... I really upsets on my network migration to Jio... in my present location so many of them feel the same...Thanks to Jio network...

    @JioCare if this is priority I don’t think it will take 24 hours to resolve the issue no one taking responsibility customer service or ground team never experienced this unprofessional customer service knowing that most of the people working from home any paying for the internet services

    @reliancejio @JioCare i did a recharge, payment deducted, but it's not done yet. And I did through a voucher also, it got deducted but recharge not done. I need urgent support. It happened in past too, I'm not happy with your services.
