    @JioCare I’m terribly irritated with you Network. Wtf customers pay u for internet and you are not providing it properly. Internet speed is not even 2G! I can’t even use my LTE if i turn it on. Terrible service. 🤬 Whenever I don’t have my broadband connection this should work

    @reliancejio I have faced very very high irritated feel ... daily due to the network issue... for loading 2MB, it takes minimum 2 to 3 minutes... I really upsets on my network migration to Jio... in my present location so many of them feel the same...Thanks to Jio network...

    My problem is the exact reverse. @airtelindia broadband and 4G become useless after 8 PM. I have to rely on @reliancejio which is ok, but eats up data at its own pace.

    @shankarJayaram @airtelindia @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Jio has a better coverage but internet is slow at times. I get decent speed n coverage for Vodafone

    And One more thing... I got messages on someone times from @reliancejio "Your used Your 50% data of your 2GB daily high speed Data quota ..." Even mobile Network off time... May I know how to use a mobile data even on the time mobile network offed...

    @JioCare I have ordered a new jio mobile from your website, but your delivery boy was asking more money. I have show that website has listed this amount. But he is not agreeing to it. I have called your customer care but call get disconnected in middle of discussion.

    Hi @reliancejio, I lost my sim card recently and I’m currently not in India. I asked my brother to get the sim. As the sim is registered on my name he couldn’t get the replacement. I can’t travel to India at the moment and I have emergency use with my sim. How can I get new sim.

    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice What is going on? I was a JioFibre customer from the past 2 years. At the time of booking, I gave Rs2500 as security deposit, which the executive told me is totally refundable. Now, when I disconnected my services, after 14-15 days, I got rs1500 only.
