@reliancejio I have faced very very high irritated feel ... daily due to the network issue... for loading 2MB, it takes minimum 2 to 3 minutes... I really upsets on my network migration to Jio... in my present location so many of them feel the same...Thanks to Jio network...

And One more thing... I got messages on someone times from @reliancejio "Your used Your 50% data of your 2GB daily high speed Data quota ..." Even mobile Network off time... May I know how to use a mobile data even on the time mobile network offed...

@JioCare Intimation 3 days before is uncalled. 1 day enough to inform the customer and send a message to him about next plan data. You should be acknowledge that in an emergency even 1 second is precious to save lives.

@airtelindia Airtel services are getting worse now. I recharged my Airtel fiber yesterday at 7:12 AM but was unable to use the internet.customer care is making me fool. They need 'another' 24 hrs.for these reasons my friend shifted to @reliancejio. Pls don't lose your costumers.

Unbelievable! @reliancejio @JioCare how you can attach my personal emailID to someone without verification. Called ur care and they can’t help me, i have to call 7811092273 and have to request him to remove my id. Seriously! Can’t you improve your system of attaching emails.
