@JioCare I’m terribly irritated with you Network. Wtf customers pay u for internet and you are not providing it properly. Internet speed is not even 2G! I can’t even use my LTE if i turn it on. Terrible service. 🤬 Whenever I don’t have my broadband connection this should work

And One more thing... I got messages on someone times from @reliancejio "Your used Your 50% data of your 2GB daily high speed Data quota ..." Even mobile Network off time... May I know how to use a mobile data even on the time mobile network offed...

My problem is the exact reverse. @airtelindia broadband and 4G become useless after 8 PM. I have to rely on @reliancejio which is ok, but eats up data at its own pace.

@reliancejio I have faced very very high irritated feel ... daily due to the network issue... for loading 2MB, it takes minimum 2 to 3 minutes... I really upsets on my network migration to Jio... in my present location so many of them feel the same...Thanks to Jio network...

Hey @madebygoogle , I've been experiencing numerous call drops on the @reliancejio 4g network since the last month or so. This started happening after I ported my Vi primary SIM to Jio. Even my secondary Jio E-SIM which didn't face call drops, does now. @RelianceJioCare Help..

@reliancejio @JioCare visited a store - said they cannot handle esim issues. They redirected me to the helpline where you executive made me repeat the issue thrice and then said to call when the issue occurs or you guys won’t be able to solve the issue. Pathetic customer service
