@JioCare I’m terribly irritated with you Network. Wtf customers pay u for internet and you are not providing it properly. Internet speed is not even 2G! I can’t even use my LTE if i turn it on. Terrible service. 🤬 Whenever I don’t have my broadband connection this should work

@reliancejio I have faced very very high irritated feel ... daily due to the network issue... for loading 2MB, it takes minimum 2 to 3 minutes... I really upsets on my network migration to Jio... in my present location so many of them feel the same...Thanks to Jio network...

And One more thing... I got messages on someone times from @reliancejio "Your used Your 50% data of your 2GB daily high speed Data quota ..." Even mobile Network off time... May I know how to use a mobile data even on the time mobile network offed...

My problem is the exact reverse. @airtelindia broadband and 4G become useless after 8 PM. I have to rely on @reliancejio which is ok, but eats up data at its own pace.

@jiocare got a call from 1 of ur executive to recharge. I must say no customer care has ever abused me to recharge my number. If this is the level of customer service customers are getting then I really need to ask my friends and family to port their numbers as well. 9324781668
