@JioCare I’m terribly irritated with you Network. Wtf customers pay u for internet and you are not providing it properly. Internet speed is not even 2G! I can’t even use my LTE if i turn it on. Terrible service. 🤬 Whenever I don’t have my broadband connection this should work

And One more thing... I got messages on someone times from @reliancejio "Your used Your 50% data of your 2GB daily high speed Data quota ..." Even mobile Network off time... May I know how to use a mobile data even on the time mobile network offed...

My problem is the exact reverse. @airtelindia broadband and 4G become useless after 8 PM. I have to rely on @reliancejio which is ok, but eats up data at its own pace.

@reliancejio I have faced very very high irritated feel ... daily due to the network issue... for loading 2MB, it takes minimum 2 to 3 minutes... I really upsets on my network migration to Jio... in my present location so many of them feel the same...Thanks to Jio network...

@JioCare No. Never received any notification/call/message. First teach the technician to acknowledge the customer then they can fix. I am really regretting that i opt for jio fiber. Airtel is far better in terms of service.

@rachnadesai6 @reliancejio Rachna ji I have Gnet installed on my phone & I also have a jio sim, so I can easily see their network condition. It's too bad you know. The day I will find improvement, me & 100s of users will be porting in for sure. I have been asking Jio to fix the network issue since 2017 🥴.

@JioCare I receiving calls from last few days that you are trying to call me for recovery of jio fiber device. But till now I never received a call, no one came for recovery of the device. Don't foul play. Just call me, come and recover your device.
