    My problem is the exact reverse. @airtelindia broadband and 4G become useless after 8 PM. I have to rely on @reliancejio which is ok, but eats up data at its own pace.

    @JioCare I’m terribly irritated with you Network. Wtf customers pay u for internet and you are not providing it properly. Internet speed is not even 2G! I can’t even use my LTE if i turn it on. Terrible service. 🤬 Whenever I don’t have my broadband connection this should work

    @reliancejio I have faced very very high irritated feel ... daily due to the network issue... for loading 2MB, it takes minimum 2 to 3 minutes... I really upsets on my network migration to Jio... in my present location so many of them feel the same...Thanks to Jio network...

    @shankarJayaram @airtelindia @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Jio has a better coverage but internet is slow at times. I get decent speed n coverage for Vodafone

    And One more thing... I got messages on someone times from @reliancejio "Your used Your 50% data of your 2GB daily high speed Data quota ..." Even mobile Network off time... May I know how to use a mobile data even on the time mobile network offed...

    Very slow internet on my Jio AirFiber. Engineer visited but issue still not resolved and complaint was closed. Getting less than 5 Mbps speed and unable to raise a new complaint on the app. Please resolve or disconnect the connection. Screenshots attached. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @p_rajuke @JioCare Believe me , jio care Never cared for customers,, I have gone through same pain since I have procured jio fiber , initially they were responding nicely , and technician was also coming on time as per schedule, but now we have to reschedule appointment again and again

    @JioCare Are you ashamed to provide such a cheap service? People spend money on internet services and get no service there. Are you ashamed to rob people like this? I have complained many times that I cannot use the internet, there is no solution to the problem, my money lost🥹

    @JioCare @jpbcare Please don’t even mention your customer service. You asked for all the required documents, and I submitted everything, yet my issue is still not resolved. Despite having KYC completed, I am unable to use my own money.

    @JioCare After 30+complaints still my problem is not solved. Am repeatedly telling the solution for it but still no action and same answer is given all the time . Am telling repeatedly that your given solution is not working . Kindly send some workers from my area to correct it.

    @JioCare Details shared. I raised complaint so that you can work on it. The entire 1km are where thousands of people are working are suffering from your bad network. So either tweak it or I will port out to Airtel.
