@reliancejio I have faced very very high irritated feel ... daily due to the network issue... for loading 2MB, it takes minimum 2 to 3 minutes... I really upsets on my network migration to Jio... in my present location so many of them feel the same...Thanks to Jio network...

And One more thing... I got messages on someone times from @reliancejio "Your used Your 50% data of your 2GB daily high speed Data quota ..." Even mobile Network off time... May I know how to use a mobile data even on the time mobile network offed...

@JioCare I’m terribly irritated with you Network. Wtf customers pay u for internet and you are not providing it properly. Internet speed is not even 2G! I can’t even use my LTE if i turn it on. Terrible service. 🤬 Whenever I don’t have my broadband connection this should work

My problem is the exact reverse. @airtelindia broadband and 4G become useless after 8 PM. I have to rely on @reliancejio which is ok, but eats up data at its own pace.

@JioCare Jio customer have opted to port into other network & soon nos will rise. CCare told me 4 months back that network improvement needs 120 days. Till then what we are supposed to do with this no ?? But aftr 4 months problem getting worse

@JioCare Hi Jio, i recently opted for jio fibre and last month got the internet connection. Yesterday i requested for Jio Set top box and paid the deposit of rs 1000 in jio app. Now two times visit has been delayed and no person has yet come to give the set top box. Help!! #Jio
