    @reliancejio I have faced very very high irritated feel ... daily due to the network issue... for loading 2MB, it takes minimum 2 to 3 minutes... I really upsets on my network migration to Jio... in my present location so many of them feel the same...Thanks to Jio network...

    My problem is the exact reverse. @airtelindia broadband and 4G become useless after 8 PM. I have to rely on @reliancejio which is ok, but eats up data at its own pace.

    @JioCare I’m terribly irritated with you Network. Wtf customers pay u for internet and you are not providing it properly. Internet speed is not even 2G! I can’t even use my LTE if i turn it on. Terrible service. 🤬 Whenever I don’t have my broadband connection this should work

    And One more thing... I got messages on someone times from @reliancejio "Your used Your 50% data of your 2GB daily high speed Data quota ..." Even mobile Network off time... May I know how to use a mobile data even on the time mobile network offed...

    @reliancejio no speed and sites not opening from evening onwards, several time complained no use, i found issue is due to jio fiber, you not increase capacity and giving connection so mobile user suffers in that area.

    @JioCare @Akash Ambani Today is the 9th day and my complaint still remains unresolved. We are being charged every day despite no internet service—how will Reliance Jio compensate for these losses? This level of service is highly disappointing and not expected from an industry leader.

    For 3 hrs they had wire connected from FAT from 2 different service providers from @reliancejio and @airtelindia they connected from Jio wire and change jio fat to airtel fat Is there any resolution from your side i had to purchase data. If it cant be done i have given

    @its7prasad @JioCare You can't even talk to their customer care person. @JioCare is completely fraud.they charged me 1200 INR for relocating connection on 30th March 2026 and after delaying the service i tweeted about cancellation ..today is 12th April and i am yet waiting for my hard earned 1200INR

    @JioCare My internet has working IPv6 but IPv4 is not working. I can ping local gateway but cannot reach any IPv4 address like 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1. My WAN IP is in private range (10.x.x.x), so I'm behind CGNAT. It looks like IPv4 NAT is not working from your side. Please refresh my session or fix IPv4 connectivity.     @JioCare i have had enough of your drama. It's been 5 months since I have raised the concern. Because of the greed of sales and installation guys, I'm suffering. I was promised a refund in the month of January for failed service delivery and I have shared my bank details thrice.
