@JioCare I’m terribly irritated with you Network. Wtf customers pay u for internet and you are not providing it properly. Internet speed is not even 2G! I can’t even use my LTE if i turn it on. Terrible service. 🤬 Whenever I don’t have my broadband connection this should work

My problem is the exact reverse. @airtelindia broadband and 4G become useless after 8 PM. I have to rely on @reliancejio which is ok, but eats up data at its own pace.

@reliancejio I have faced very very high irritated feel ... daily due to the network issue... for loading 2MB, it takes minimum 2 to 3 minutes... I really upsets on my network migration to Jio... in my present location so many of them feel the same...Thanks to Jio network...

And One more thing... I got messages on someone times from @reliancejio "Your used Your 50% data of your 2GB daily high speed Data quota ..." Even mobile Network off time... May I know how to use a mobile data even on the time mobile network offed...

Why @reliancejio @JioCare why?? I visited total 3 Jio Stores and they were not able to Convert Jio Physical SIM to eSIM. Don't know why you have this complicated process. Even, @airtelindia is letting their customer convert to eSIM by own and even no need to visit any store.

@reliancejio are you shameless?. Is 5kB/s so called 4G data speed? I called customer care for thrice..but still your data speed is buffering and network is fluctuating..I am done with Jio. Next Month I am going to port my SIM, if my problem will not be resolved ASAP.

@AJIOLife @reliancejio @JioCare So how a customer is supposed to reach you people!? I've selected address as office address, where it's clearly mentioned delivery between Monday-Friday, then too the guy calls me on Saturday for delivery and then denies himself

@JioCare I have been a jio customer for about 3 years and now no reason to stay longer with jio. Non jio calls are chargeable, prepaid prices are hiked up. Basic pillars of trust between customers and your company seems missing now. @reliancejio
