    @JioCare i have a jiophone set and there is issue in outgoing calls, phone speaker is not working, as i approach my nearest jiocare for repair work but always they didnt accept and asking to come in morning, when morning i approach they asked me to come at evening.

    @VodafoneIN I am want to port from @reliancejio to another network. But my jio plan ends in December. If #vodafone will give me good offer I will port to vodafone immediately.

It has now been over two weeks without any proper resolution, which reflects very poorly on Jio's customer 5/6

    @JioCare Dear Jio, money deducted instantly for my JioFiber recharge, but after 3 calls to customer care, I got 3 different explanations. Taking payment was easy. Who’s actually going to recharge my account, or is this the premium experience?

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio I have raised a service request since 17th May! After 3 weeks of waiting, I am still getting the answer that there are no service engineers available! Frustrated, I raised another request on 4th June for cancelling the service. I don't know how much I have to wait for getting support from Jio. This is not acceptable. I am paying for what is not in use because of no support. Pathetic service.
