  @JioCare Yes .. We were complaint about network coverage issues but at that time your colleagues said it will be resolved in 120 to 160 days and no resolution yet . you guys won't create ticket if call to 198 and dummy ticket which is not reflect in my jio.

  @reliancejio I have been tweeting continuously but in vain, as the network problem in my area hasn't been solved. The speed is not 4G but close to 2G. I'm seriously considering porting. Hope you understand and take solid measures rather than DMing me and saying speed is fine.
