    Hi @JioCare even thought if my number is not busy, am not getting the incoming calls rather than connecting the device provider says the number is busy, all my friends are complaining regarding this issue, kindly look in to it and resolve asap

    @JioCare I have paid for 999 plan and set top box where I will get OTT apps But i am experiencing ads in Zee5, Hotstar while watching.What's use in giving those apps if we are getting ads in it. Also set top box provides very low volume in all apps. Does anybody faced this issue

    @reliancejio ,@JioCare Dear Team Jio, I'm used jio postpaid sim card with family pack, always I'm receiving huge bill amount on every month's, after given so many complaint no one is responding. Pls help or else We ll surrender all our SIM card. Jio no:7008521672.

    The stellar experience of @reliancejio internet is sullen by its installation teams down the small towns which come without a drill machine or other paraphernalia to get the wiring done properly. How much does it cost to equip the teams with basic gear?

    @reliancejio Last 10 days, chasing Jio center, Jio customer care. BUT NO HELP! I was out of India for 4 months. could not recharge my Jio number. It got DEACTIVATED and no one in Jio is willing to help to reactivate. My KYC (ITR, AADHAAR, Bank) is on this number. Help!!!!

    @KausikPaul1 @JioCare @JioMart_Support Yes i concur,but on Laptops too it's not going beyond 350 MBPS. My issue is if they can't provide the said speeds, no point promising the same,support guys came & reset the system to defaults,that endeavour was not useful,had to change passwords again & reconnect all my devices.

    @JioCare I have ticket open from yesterday on jio fiber issue and non of the engineer called me on the issue. SR00001A1SJV. Can you ask you engineer to look into the earliest. 24hr no response from jio team
