    Hi @JioCare even thought if my number is not busy, am not getting the incoming calls rather than connecting the device provider says the number is busy, all my friends are complaining regarding this issue, kindly look in to it and resolve asap

    @JioCare kitna lootoge yaar, its more than a couple of week my Recharge of Rs 599+599 done on 1st october us yet not credited, even after getting a message (Recharge Request Recieved) from Jio Pay ... Its horrible experience now... was a fan of yours but feeling otherwise now.

    @JioCare The schedule time is over till now no response from you guys, while taking new connections your team will call daily 10 times now when it’s time to collect your device and do refund so much irresponsible.. Worst service from Jio

    @reliancejio its very pity on part of reliance Jio’s support team that the cant even make a minor corrections on users database.inspite of giving all the documents.i feel sorry to be a part of jio and reliance family
