    @JioCare Till now no reply……wow what a customer care service from Jio fibre. So dear all please think twice before taking jio fibre connection. For me service is worst !

    @JioCare, did a ₹999 JioFiber recharge (₹1178.82 with GST) because the screen promised Amazon Prime Lite. Now it’s not showing up on my MyJio app. Did you secretly change the plan? If yes, why is it still advertised on the recharge page? Kindly fix this.#JioFiber @reliancejio

    Now @JioCare doesn't care about the customers. Their engineers are sleeping on the office desk. Last 3 days raising same complaint but no one coming to visit. Toll free no. And chats support are only design to register service request not to connect with support. @TRAI .
