  @JioCare How many times do I have to say this? The network is extremely slow. I recharged with the Jio 5G unlimited pack, yet I'm only getting 2 GB of data per day, the network speed is like 2G, and calls frequently drop.

  @reliancejio @JioCare Hi Jio team, what the hell kind services you are providing to ur customers. In our area jio fibre connectivity is not coming due to any cable damage since 4 days, But still no any technician visited after too many complaints to them. More than 20 connection.

  @reliancejio @reliancejioCare I wanted to get JioFiber ₹499 plan, but couldn’t connect with a customer care executive. After booking, an automated call came in Bengali that I couldn’t understand. Poor service even before connection, so I cancelled my plan. Please look into this.
