@JioCare I had Ported in my number from @Airtel_Presence to @reliancejio because of Network/Internet Speed Issue but Unfortunately @reliancejio is has also very weak network and Low Internet Speed now. #JioBeekar

@reliancejio problem lies in external box ,no internal prob but onm team or technical team is not visiting since 5.10.21.Pathetic no net since 5.10.21. Service req SR000016ZJ8V remains unsolved. Jio team always want 24 hrs since 5.10.21. How funny.

@JioCare I have been charged international call rate for a local mobile call of one of my friend. How is this possible. His number is 9511451730. There is no support mechanism from jio. Whenever I call to customer care, it is total waste of time. No one is there to resolve issue.
