    @JioCare I had Ported in my number from @Airtel_Presence to @reliancejio because of Network/Internet Speed Issue but Unfortunately @reliancejio is has also very weak network and Low Internet Speed now. #JioBeekar

    @Airtel_Presence @ViCustomerCare please install a tower in our area. All customers are ready to port out from @JioCare . After installing a jio tower in my village the problem continues. Customer service expert always gives us hope but call drop and internet connection too slow.

    @reliancejio @JioCare So very poor network all across densely populated Village area in Bhoranj Tehsil, Hamirpur district. In this village of 1000+ people and hundreds of jio connections why such apathy? Can't even make calls let aside internet speed!

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am experiencing the worst customer service of my whole life. When did your standard stoop down so low? Got robbed off my installation fee and received no installation/communication since then. Does least one person have work etiquette in your company?

    Provided the details on DM, Plz help. @JioCare I am facing issue for more than 3 weeks now. Nobody is helping at all. They keep sending technician who kepp resolving my issue without actually resolving it.

    @reliancejio @NetflixIndia you guys need to workout between both of you. I got a Netflix basic account from jio.I paid to jio for upgrade for my Netflix account but still it’s getting downgraded again and again. Work out your problems or simply refund my money.

    Not getting any support from @JioCare tried with customer care wrote an email visited their centre nothing, don't know why they call themselves as customer centric. Their store staff don't know how take a request for reinstate the number #jio_unlimited #CustomerService

    @JioCare i raised a complaint against refund for jio fiber connection 9651303985 but no reply . device pickup delayed reason was told by. customer care but device pickup is delayed by jio team i call again and again but no engineer visit for pickup .
