    @JioCare I had Ported in my number from @Airtel_Presence to @reliancejio because of Network/Internet Speed Issue but Unfortunately @reliancejio is has also very weak network and Low Internet Speed now. #JioBeekar

    @reliancejio Applied for JioFiber (Ref: NO0001CVDT3K) after your offer. 2nd time my request was cancelled with NO installation, NO intimation, NO support. Calls ignored. This harassment, especially to a disabled customer, is inexcusable. Fix this. #JioFiber #CustomerService

    @JioCare Please don’t bother. I have done this 15 times.Sent numerous messages on DM. All I got is standard responses. I am tired of this game. Called at least 10 times on customer care.Opened two complaints and both are closed without resolution. So keep your apology with you @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare Can you let me know after recharge of 859 for 84 days with 2gb Daily, If we can't hear proper voice of person who called me,what service you provide??? Actually I recharge/contribute money for 4 persons from my family.

    @jiocare It’s been 2 days now since my fiber went down . Complaint is still on hold with zero updates and no technician visit. This is unacceptable.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have complained about the internet many times the engineer comes and visits and fixes the problem and does not tell what the issue is and the engineer calls and refuses to visit to check the internet. The internet works for only 1-2 hours after that again it stops working and when we tell him to visit and check again he refuses and the engineer name is Lakshay Garg and when we said to the engineer we pay for the internet he said in a rude way that you guys pay to jio and not me so I will work as I want. So Jio is not providing any good services to it's customer. We want action against this employee and another employee should be send to check the internet.
