@JioCare I had Ported in my number from @Airtel_Presence to @reliancejio because of Network/Internet Speed Issue but Unfortunately @reliancejio is has also very weak network and Low Internet Speed now. #JioBeekar

@JioCare Dear @JioCare 1) It's been more than a week now since first ticket was raised. 2) I had to pay today bill of 7th month inspite of paying 12 months advance on 30th may 2022 (6 months to jio and 6 months to your employee) Each time ticket is closed without solution .

No refund of security deposit. Even after multiple complaint. It had been 6 months after suspension of my jiofiber connection. Don't trust jio fiber. @reliancejio #TRAI

@JioCare I have been complaining since 1 month about how poor my wifi connection is. It keeps on disconnecting again and again. Also, the speed is very slow. All this has happened since October. Till September I never faced these issues. (1/2)

After reading all the impressive tweets about #JioTrue5G n it's speed. I decided to port to #Jio from #airtel. But now I feel like I made a Big mistake. All jio user next to me are getting 5g signal but I'm not getting it. When I ask to jiocare they send the answer from template.

@JioCare @tataplayfiber services are way more better. They resolve the issue within 4hrs. Considering taking their services after my plan expires. Your service sucks.
