    @JioCare I had Ported in my number from @Airtel_Presence to @reliancejio because of Network/Internet Speed Issue but Unfortunately @reliancejio is has also very weak network and Low Internet Speed now. #JioBeekar

    So Apparently the JioFiber connection at my home is not working from 10 days , it's been blinking red light since. I have had 3 enginner visits and one ONT replacement but still no one can figure out why it's not working. @JioCare @reliancejio Can you pls look into this ?

    @JioCare You are keep asking for some more time since last Monday. Today I have to recharge my service, and for your negligence I have to recharge for both, whereas I don't use one service since the last month. Is it fair enough??? @JioCare @jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare i neither got any confirmation on the refund or relocation. Disappointed at its peak. Kindly cancel the relocation and refund any amount due in next 3 business days. For delay in refund, please refund along with interest

    @JioCare I have raised a request SR000037CIDX to fix my broadband connection 4 days ago still not resolved, technician came and he says that he need to bring the cable and put the ticket on hold. Now he is not picking up the call. Very pathetic service and unprofessional.

    @JioCare Because some guy who he called didn't allow it as according to him router was working fine. Now he left saying it's an issue on the backend and there's nothing more he can do. While I am left with a speed of 3 MBPS whereas I paid for 30.
