    @JioCare I had Ported in my number from @Airtel_Presence to @reliancejio because of Network/Internet Speed Issue but Unfortunately @reliancejio is has also very weak network and Low Internet Speed now. #JioBeekar

    @JioCare my jio wifi hasn't been working and I have registered a complaint but nothing has been done so far . I called the customer care umpteen times but every time I'm told it would be resolved soon it has been around 10 days . highly disappointed

    @JioCare Facing unbelievable network issues with incoming calls after migrating to Jio postpaid Family Pack in all the numbers ! Will port out to other network if not solved within 2-3days! On the other hand it is very difficult to reach the customer care to register complaint!

    I request @reliancejio to stop bugging me with calls and messages. I have decided to port out all my Jio numbers to @Airtel. I am willing to pay little extra for better service. P.S: Your services are very poor and I am being very charitable with words.

    @JioCare We will stay public. My Jiofiber connection was installed on November 7, 2022. Out of the 16 months since, the services have been down for a cumulative period of five months. How would you rate such a service?
