    @JioCare sir, Please respond to my mail In my location there is no signals in my village at present From city 3km away At this same location I had received full signals before 1 month now not getting any signals from jio.and iam also complained to customer care they not done yet

    @JioCare Worst signal, No Signals Here & calls as well as internet connectivity also interruption occuring in our location. I had Informed many times to customer, but still the issue was not solved

    @reliancejio very poor and orthodox services are served by you guys,in such a 5g era you guys asked the cd to visit the store and store people arenotwilling to help the customer any more. In such a digital era for porting the sim prepaid to postpaid are like a war @_DigitalIndia

    @JioCare @reliancejio In my area network is very week since 6 months. I had complaints many times but still speed is not increased. If speed will not be increased then we have no any option except switch to airtel. Please take action on it otherwise we have many options.
