@JioCare I got message that installation is scheduled today, your call center team says it's on 27th, looking at such pathetic service i have decided to cancel with Jio and switch to some other isp...Just cancel it and make the refund..

@JioCare Have DMed you the details many times. Please check. Facing this issue recently, or the internet was working fine for 3+ years in this area, so I am not sure if it is an issue of there not being a tower in this area. Also, it starts working after 5 pm.

@reliancejio we took a plan for wifi of 30mbps speed. The Engineer told us that we can increase the speed any time by an addon plan. We wanted to make 100mbps and rs 199 addon plan was taken as advised by the call centre. Speed didn't increase. Now complaint, no resolution.

@JioCare Pathetic service from you guys. I’ve been having issues from a month now and it still hasn’t been fixed. Scheduled an appointment for today and no one’s showed up. I need this fixed immediately by EOD. If not, I would like to have my subscription cancelled with a full refund.
