@JioCare sir, Please respond to my mail In my location there is no signals in my village at present From city 3km away At this same location I had received full signals before 1 month now not getting any signals from jio.and iam also complained to customer care they not done yet

@JioCare Worst signal, No Signals Here & calls as well as internet connectivity also interruption occuring in our location. I had Informed many times to customer, but still the issue was not solved

@TRAI is there any restrictions in calling customer care? If not then why Jio is doing so? After 3 try disabling customer care! Telecom operators can not determinehow to take help. @reliancejio why no executives available while dialing 9 and call got disconnected?
