@JioCare sir, Please respond to my mail In my location there is no signals in my village at present From city 3km away At this same location I had received full signals before 1 month now not getting any signals from jio.and iam also complained to customer care they not done yet

@JioCare Worst signal, No Signals Here & calls as well as internet connectivity also interruption occuring in our location. I had Informed many times to customer, but still the issue was not solved

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare I already am a mobile customer, ma'am. I was talking about Jio Fiber; there is no availability in my area. And having tried everything else, I can safely say that the offering from Jio Fiber, with it's price as well as reliability, is next level.

@reliancejio has serious ledger issue... my app shows ur bill is 982 rupees when actually the bill is 290 rupees.. the whole Jio Auto pay **** messes it up.. i m still skeptical how much the auto pay will dedcut.. for gods sake can u do math @JioCare

@JioCare I have been complaining about the internet speed problem since 2020, still no improvement, the only excuse you give is 'increasing user', and it's a ’temporary problem'. This time if you don't take any action, there'll no option except switch.

@reliancejio can you pls. provide good internet connectivity with your promised 4G speed to your customers. Or just as usual, you will reply as "Due to more connection in your area, unable to provide uptime service".! I don't know what's your 5G or Sattelite services can offer!?

@JioCare @reliancejio I am not able to recharge my corporate Prepaid sim card from the business dashboard, the bill/ pay tab doesnt load. Please help. your website. Also, all the image graphics used have shutter shot watermark on them.
