@JioCare Worst signal, No Signals Here & calls as well as internet connectivity also interruption occuring in our location. I had Informed many times to customer, but still the issue was not solved

@JioCare #5YearsOfJio #Jio #JioFiber @JioCare @reliancejio May I know why should that not been refunded ? Is this the new business strategy - the customer has paid upfront for an year. Don't provide service as per plan and have the guts to shamelessly say queued plans won't be refunded!

@reliancejio @JioCare Sorry to say but your #JioFiber router has a very poor WiFi range, you gave a refurbished router for a fresh connection and your Internet speed and latency badly disappoints. Things are much better with Airtel Fiber internet connection. A bad experience.

Part 2/3 @reliancejio now delivery person came and did all the process and he showed me order got accepted. After that he asked me Rs 349 and shows me that many customers has sent money to him on his personal Gpay. After that I called customer support to verify th authenticity.
