    @JioCare sir, Please respond to my mail In my location there is no signals in my village at present From city 3km away At this same location I had received full signals before 1 month now not getting any signals from jio.and iam also complained to customer care they not done yet

    Worst customer service @JioCare @reliancejio my jiofiber is not working from past 1 week. Raised many complaints but no one is helping. I'm facing so many issues with my office work. The resolution date is getting postponed every day. Please opt fr @airtelindia fr bettr service.

    @JioCare @JioCare ur services are appalling. Ur service centres dont have clue about d engineer who visited my house for repairs.This is a big safety issue.Your engineers misguided me about a plan, and ur service centre is of no help. URGENT attention from jio needed

    @JioCare @reliancejio finally got the SIM but during eKYC my name is reflecting in the place of my father's name as well - No problem in my UIDAI. Your helpline said my father's name is reflecting correctly in your SB but eKYC in 3 stores say differently. Paper KYC not possible #Help
