@JioCare sir, Please respond to my mail In my location there is no signals in my village at present From city 3km away At this same location I had received full signals before 1 month now not getting any signals from jio.and iam also complained to customer care they not done yet

@JioCare Registered mobile no 7000173584 Jiofiber no. +912653583885 Date & time : for info my feedback is not based on first time exp...it is after facing same problem repeatedly where I had/ve to wait for a night, a full day, many hrs to restore my net. now frequently fluctuating speed.

@reliancejio @JioCare Guys your so called 4g network doesn't even provide 1mbps in a taluka like Khanapur in Karnataka, where as Airtel is providing 10-15mbps. Working from home witb Jio is impossible, please improve your services here.

@ANI Yes we need competition as JIOFIBER service is worst than MTNL sales guy tarik pe tarik for starting the service , were as @reliancejio says its not avaliable in my area, if its not avaliable then why all cables and receptior box installed on my terrace??

@reliancejio Regret decision of porting my 6 Airtel nos to Jio just before 3 days, Jio network is pathetic, voice call keep dropping, video calls keep reconnecting, apps keep buffering ! limitation & stupid rules for use of family plan data by family members ! Will be back to @Airtel_Presence
