@JioCare sir, Please respond to my mail In my location there is no signals in my village at present From city 3km away At this same location I had received full signals before 1 month now not getting any signals from jio.and iam also complained to customer care they not done yet

Why @reliancejio not having any customer care executive people? I wanted to talk to customer executive to resolve my issues with jio network. When I tried reaching out with the helpline number, it makes me wait for long duration and disconnects. Any reasons @reliancejio ?

@reliancejio I found Very bad customer care services.... It been 4 months but refund is not get credited to the source account. Every time i called to the customer care they ask to wait for 24 hours even they are not able to connect to the higher management. Many mails sent but no responce

@reliancejio I have a jio fibre connection who's I'd no is 05513586652, linked with mobile number 9565956596. I changed my plan on 10th of august with 942rs payment but still they suspended my account. On calling with customer support they didn't help and support.
