@JioCare sir, Please respond to my mail In my location there is no signals in my village at present From city 3km away At this same location I had received full signals before 1 month now not getting any signals from jio.and iam also complained to customer care they not done yet

@reliancejio @JioCare went to buy jiophone of 2k which provides 2 years validity with number portability. They are asking to pay 2125 and they told thay can't provide invoice. Last time also he charged 50 rupees instead of 25 Worst outlet

@dineshcrazy9 @JioCare Due to speed issues, i asked Jio to disconnect it and refund the money. My case is pending with them since Oct'20. I hope i'll get my refund before my pension starts.

@reliancegroup @reliancejio Ambani ji I tried first at @JioCare they failed to help me. I contacted appellant body (18008893999) but they are asking for 39 days to work. NO one is helping me. You have not been providing service since 11th but paradoxically charging 4 the same.
