    @JioCare i had some amount left to be paid before porting to jio and now my jio number got deactivated. I have made the payment to previous operator and yet it has been more than 36 hours my services has not been started. Please help

    @JioCare All @JioCare does is give assurances that it will be done. Ever since i logged a complaint atleast 7 to 8 agents of theirs have given assurances. But no resolution. Not one engineer bothered to come and visit or inform what and when the issue will be resolved.

    @JioCare your ETA for resolution passed multiple times. Internet is still down. My local operator used to fix issues in hours and not days like you. Not able to WFH, family not able to watch anything. Regretting my decision for switching to @JioFiberVoice .

    @jkSocialCircle Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

    @reliancejio With reference to Service Request Number SR00001AZ6JE for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number +914435569892, your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 16-05-2022 : 15:00:00. Continue message only recieved for fiber service.

    @JioCare All these agent give is standard responses. I thought a company as big as reliance trying to give fiber optics internet service would have top of the class customer service but i was wrong. Horrible service. All talks No Results thats what Jiocare is about. They cant even fix it
