@JioCare I have Airtel Broadband in my hometown. I have been using it for the past 15 years. I faced connectivity issues numerous times. But Airtel never took more than a day to fix it. Really appreciate the commitment and speed of fixing issue @airtelindia Thanks for 15years of service

@JioCare Thats the problem Ms. Chhavi your engineer is not on scheduled time and I have told your associate before giving installation charge that I cannot bear a single day without internet connection , but Jio care is not helping me but giving excuses.

@JioCare I am trying to port out from jio since 25th Feb 2020. I am an active JIO user with sufficient balance to port out. Called jiocare where evrytime I am told that due to network outage I can't get upc code and jio team is fixing this issue. Today is 30th Dec.
