@JioCare Your mobile data speeds are extremely low since the past 1 week, and barely crosses 14-15KB/sec. I can barely use 100MB out of 1.5GB/day in a day. Speed is so slow, that Live Chat doesn't even open in #MyJio App. Even in normal days, speed isn't over 1-2Mbps @reliancejio

@JioCare From last 15 days very bad network in my area between 6-10pm.. When u charge a certain amount of fee for your service then why you don't provide us the service continuosly.. Do something about this otherwise i shall stop using jio.

@JioCare Very poor service and support from JIO. They took 2500 Rs from me. I will never ever go to Jio again and push others not to go for Jio. ACT customer service much better than Jio

@JioCare getting issue to install fiber optic connection at my home as the team is saying the distance between your house and S2 is more than 130 mtrs and HT line is there between. Though there’s no HT line it’s LT line. Please help to solve the issue. Location : Amravati -444601
