    @JioCare What a quick service from JIO customer support... Almost 17 days passed but still the complaint is not solved and you guys having slogan- We are happy to help you. Kindly confirm how many days you guys will take to resolve the problem.. Or simply say you can't resolve 😠😠

    @reliancejio @JioCare It's been 3 days since my internet connection is down, & all I hear from ur agents is a scripted reply - 'Give us 24 hrs., we have escalated the issue'. Truth is they have no clue abt the resolution time or issue. Pathetic. @DoT_India please take a note.

    @JioCare Hi team, My issue is with WhatsApp call. While in the call, there are multiple instances wherein call is getting into reconnecting mode. It is quite irritating as We are not able to talk properly. Kindly check the issue and arrange a call back for further clarity. Thanks

    @JioCare I would like to report jio fiber outage at Sector 9A Vashi. No internet for the past 2 hour and my work from home is affected. Jio fiber number 91-2235773485 Already tried router restart still no stable green.Keep blinking red.

    @JioCare Horrendous service. You don't reply to your DMs. Your representatives don't pick up their calls. Your service guys give **** excuses. You practically disappear once you take the installation money. Is that your business model? My phone number is in your DMs. Call me.
