I've raised this issue many times to the concrnd authority but all in vain. No improvement in the service & false hope every time. @TRAI take action or else I port out.

Everytime I call customer care, they update the resolution time and then nothing happens. This should get solved by tomorrow or I am filling case against you in customer court.
