@reliancejio @TRAI The service of 4G of reliance jio is pathetic and poor in my area. I have complaint about it many a times but still no resolution. Please @TRAI take some action because if I'm paying then I must get the service.

@TRAI @JioCare This is repeat reminder tht internet speed of jio in Greater Kailash Batala is pathetic & poor. I've raised this issue many times to the concrnd authority but all in vain. No improvement in the service & false hope every time. @TRAI take action or else I port out.

@Airtel_Presence almost 100 broadband connections in Iscon Platinum, Bopal, Ahmedabad are facing 50% downtime since last 1 month. Technicians come and go back with no solution. Can anyone look into this? Else will need to ask @reliancejio to get us a bulk deal.

@JioCare Guys, any update on my issue, when I had to get a new connection, it was done within 2 hours of raising the request, for a relocation within same premises, not even get an update, sorry state of affairs with no recourse. @AshwiniVaishnaw @TRAI please take cognizance.
