    @praveensabhapa1 @JioCare @airtelindia From past 14 years I used airtel but before 2months the behaviour of Airtel people ..i changed to jio ...airtel peoples didn’t respond my problems...think before change and ask other few customers!!!!

    @reliancejio when i use internet in other sim JIO shows full signal & when i change internet to JIO signal disappears to singal point its like DOGS TAIL STORY.....

    @reliancejio 30% of indians are using jio network situation is like this, then if the percentage get doubles think the situation internet speed may go to 1kbps worst @JioCare

    @reliancejio i think jio signals also affected with CARONA VIRUS or JIO taking advantage of situation with worst signal strength &quality

    @JioCare I would like to understand your policy regarding the acceptance of recharge requests when a customer has not completed the recertification (KYC) process. If KYC is mandatory, it raises a serious concern as to how my recharge was accepted without proper verification.
