@JioCare @reliancejio I'm a customer of jio fiber from last 3 months, and my experience with jio fiber is very bad. After service is measurable. I was assured a gift fre with my subscription but didn't got it till date. There no one to speak to even.

@JioCare Its really horrible to use your network.. Even it takes 40 to 50 sec to send a message in whatsapp..I repeat message.only text message.. Why this type of poor connection you guys are giving?? Really fed up with this m.

@reliancejio since last 1yr the entire jio user of our area face lots of network issue, slow speed internet, regular call drop,also emergency call for 1hr everyday, my locality is (kahal,kakatpur, DIST-Puri,odisha) I gave 30no.s of complain, still yet we face same problem now🙏

@JioCare : Pathetic, careless service of jio fibre in Jaipur along with a team of unprofessional persons. It's been 10 days that I haven't got my connection. Installation gets reschedule everyday. Firstly it was 2 Feb then it reschedule for 3 Feb then to 5 Feb. Poor Jio.

Dear @JioCare , Today also getting another service request MR0000VABTZV and spoke with customer supervisor and he is clearly saying that, they are not going to provide internet speed after recharging 599+151 rupees . I have the recording. Please grow your network first.

@JioCare I have another jio sim using on a Samsung phone in same location the net speed is same very poor, Check your signal strength in the area, your GBM site is hardly 250m from my home location.
