    @JioCare 7 days internet & call are not working due to jio tower which is installed in my village is stopped working and I have made complain to jio care and also make tweet regarding this issue but no resolution and no jio network team still not come to solve this problem.

    @JioCare I am using Jio sim last 6 years and I think right now the time time came to switch from jio to other telecom operator. In my area I am facing slow internet issue since 5 months and i complained sk many times but did not get any satisfactory result.

    Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. Jio is just a bad network especially in rural areas as they don't want to invest there.@reliancejio @JioCare
