@reliancejio since last 1yr the entire jio user of our area face lots of network issue, slow speed internet, regular call drop,also emergency call for 1hr everyday, my locality is (kahal,kakatpur, DIST-Puri,odisha) I gave 30no.s of complain, still yet we face same problem now🙏

@JioCare @reliancejio @anmol_ambani Now a day Jio network is very slow . Customers complains aren't taken care. I am staying at #Gudiapokhari , Jio network speed is very poor, many people changed to Airtel , I am also going to switch if problem persist

Just called to jio customer support on 198 the behavior of jio service provider is worst and the person who picked the call is on hangover .and his voice is sleppy .from voice of telecoms support infroming the service centre is in West Bengal @JioCare @IMGReliance @PMOIndia

@reliancejio I am using jio for almost 1 year but I am regularly facing problem of low coverage area and slow internet speed , I called jio care so many times but they always said only one thing , our team will work fir good service to you , but i didn't get any gud service yet.
