@JioCare Since last two year i m complaining for bad network for call and data,even then more than 100 complaints raised by me has been closedby false revert like “deep indoor issue”, “our techanical team are working on it”blah blah blah@recently they want to control my phone by “anydesk”

@JioCare I am having no internet since yesterday morning. since yesterday we are calling your useless customer care which are of no help at all. They assigned me an engineer today who is out of town. Escalation dept are not taking request too.

@JioCare also, I was told by my assigned engineer that there's no internet in my entire locality. But my neighbours jio connection is working. I am sure it's a very small issue which can be fixed but you guys are not sending over anyone. Is this the support you provide?

@JioCare @Santosh4um Rubbish... I don't see you guys are working hard. The assigned engineer is out of town. That's hard working or hardly working. Also your engineer says that the whole locality internet is down. That's the service jio fibre provides. 5th best brand in the world.

@JioCare @PANKAJ_9305 Dear Pankaj your problem will not get solved in any terms because I had a complaint done on 8th May 2021 still not closed and still facing the same problem. They had worst customer care support ever. Please switch to any other network and check there services
