    @JioCare Since last two year i m complaining for bad network for call and data,even then more than 100 complaints raised by me has been closedby false revert like “deep indoor issue”, “our techanical team are working on it”blah blah blah@recently they want to control my phone by “anydesk”

    @JioCare R you listening?? I brought new connection with one year packege and 1st July installation done, but 30 min after installation it was down, got resolution after calling several times to installation engineer. But still my jio phone nos +914035955702 not working.

    @reliancejio @TheDigiboxx Worst internet servives i have complained yesterday that my jio fibre connection is not working properly and there engineer comes and says that sir {mera pas sidi nahi hai } i will come tomorrow before resolving complaint he says that please share otp this has too be shared befor

    @reliancejio @JioCare worst customer care. Wanted to convert my number from jio pre-paid to postpaid but looks like u guys don't want me to convert. I think it's pretty easy to convert my jio pre-paid to @airtelindia postpaid.

    @somitsrivastav_ @JioCare They are fooling people. Its been from 29th June My internet is not working. I complained multiple times. I need internet for WorkFromHome. Can't affort 12hour downtime. @JioCare is taking more than 5days to solve. Switch to ACT or other better service. I will do in some days.

    @JioCare If somebody is concerned in to this matter the problem was resolved four day ago but after several reminders no action has been taken. This is nothing else but switching your customer to another option by laziness of your staff.

    2 days of rains and jio fiber is down for 4 days. A complain is tended 24 hours later and still the issue is not resolved. There is not enough enquiry to fix things at one go and people who run their houses on online economy have the bear losses. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @TheDigiboxx Very bad behaviour by engineer of the compant cant expect this bad and irresponsible behaviour from jio with this jio is loosing there trust in coatomers . My yesterday service request SR00001BY7JN is not processed and they generated new request today again
