    @JioCare Since last two year i m complaining for bad network for call and data,even then more than 100 complaints raised by me has been closedby false revert like “deep indoor issue”, “our techanical team are working on it”blah blah blah@recently they want to control my phone by “anydesk”

    @JioCare I would like to know what is the actual cause of inconvenience rather than vague replies for clarity and how can your technician tell you what's the issue when he didn't even visit the site as no call received. And on calling he said he's on leave.

    @JioCare I installed jioFiber less than a month ago. It was all working fine till yesterday 10.30AM. Its been more than 24 hours now, the internet is not working. Have raised two ticket and one feedback complaint. Till now no one seems to care. Pathetic service. #jiocare @TRAI

    @JioCare Hello Jio care team, my number successfully ported to Jio and seems my moment to regret also started. My request for eSIM is still not resolved and there is not network on my mobile now. So good example of ‘good for nothing’. Kindly tell what to do?

    @JioCare What does this mean? People can disrupt the connection at their will? Schedule a call with me ASAP. I need an explanation of what is happening. I need to know everything and when the service resume.

    Dissatisfaction frm my intrnet connection issuewhich remains unresolved despite i raised a complaint on 14th July-SR00002MMD61. my internet is still not working properly update. Such delays are unacceptable and do not reflect the level of service expected from JIO . @reliancejio
