    @JioCare Since last two year i m complaining for bad network for call and data,even then more than 100 complaints raised by me has been closedby false revert like “deep indoor issue”, “our techanical team are working on it”blah blah blah@recently they want to control my phone by “anydesk”

    @JioCare @JioCare can I get an update on the installation.. Inspite on putting it acros on twiter... I think I am only getting words ,rather than installation... Please do the needful or return the amount. I have other service providers.

    Smartly making fool of customers by @reliancejio if you have any recharge plan with data pack of 2 GB/day it will give you good speed until 90% of data even though you have a add on data pack of 12 GB you won’t even do a google search after that. CCE also couldn’t able to help.😒

    @reliancejio My complaint number is SR00001ER2KJ. It has been 4 days now and it is open. I have made multiple failed attempts to connect with customer care. Everytime I get the same response of getting back to you and rescheduling of the engineer.

    Full tower shows but no internet access from 6p.m to 7a.m everyday for last 40 days. No mercy in taking rupees for recharge.What a bad service provider! Is this 4g service? @reliancejio @TRAI @PMOIndia My address is town+p.o- guskara ,dist-purba burdwan, West Bengal pin 713128

    Since Jio has come from in my area,there is a problem of the network, for this I have compiled Jio Ko 1000 times but no hearing has not happened yet.This company should just recharge,there is no point in what people are getting problems from the network @reliancejio @MoitOfficial

    @JioCare This has occurred many times.This is not first complaint.Many have started porting. You are loosing consumers.Internet and Calling is inseparable part of life and everything is dependent on these services.

    @JioCare i am tired of paying my fibre bill on time. Whole month net doesn't works. Have complained but same problem comes every time. I have paid more and used less of net because of no internet. Should I close my service? My mobile data is used more then jio fibre.
