I got charged for Netflix subscription in my mobile bill. I contacted Jio care for explanation they told me to contact Netflix support we cant help you in this, even though they charged.

I clearly said that other 1200/- was not refunded into the bank account , 1624/- was refunded and credited into the bank account. Also I send all screenshots of debit and credit history.
