    Really disappointing with @JioCare having trouble linking JioFi connection to my Jio app, called the customer care but it was really disappointing that the customer care executive couldn’t understand my problem! They just sent an sms with a link to the myJio app! #fail

    @JioCare Hi Sukhmeet Hope you read the above message. Which says I need timeline and not this ****** corporate slangs, so bloddywell get the timelines from your managers and stop using these jargons they have got no sense. Resolve my issue rather than just be sounding like a idiot .

    @JioCare Enough of the corporate jargon. What does "shortly" actually mean? Mention a specific timeline for cancellation and refund, and make sure you adhere to it. Customers need resolution, not vague assurances and endless delays.

    I need to cancel my Jio Fibre connection +91-3733585361 due to personal reasons. I had sent a mail to the same effect . However @JioCare @reliancejio hasn’t responded yet and has been speaking to dissuade me from cancelling the connection. I have been trying for long now .

    @JioCare Your team has been working to restore services at the earliest for months. Every time there an outage customers get the same copy-paste response but the actual service never improves Instead of repeating apologies focus on delivering the stable connection customers are paying for
