He came an hour ago, checked everything, and confirmed that the installation and hardware are perfectly fine. I was with him the entire time.

They are so shameless that kept on repeating same **** again and again but the problem never resolve. they even scheduled a enginner visit and gave me a time slot of 8-9 but no one appears.

I informed same thing to your sales person, Mr.Shamsher & now he is also not picking up the call. Using JioFiber since 2015, I have never faced this kind of issue.
