    @JioCare If you are not able to give any solution so kind shut down the services. I called 4 times to customer care call is disconnected after few seconds. Shall I discontinue the connection??

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very poor customer service. It’s extremely difficult to reach support, and when we do, we only get auto-template troubleshooting we’ve already tried. This is my last month with @jio_fiber, switching to another internet provider.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber What a third class service. I mailed for cancellation of connection no response called customer care say they don't entertain mails for cancellation, neither they are taking request for cancellation on call and forcing to relocate or transfer

    @JioCare @reliancejio 3) Then I contacted the person from the Jio office who got me this connection. He came, checked and said maybe it’s a device issue and told me to raise a service request. So I raised one on May 1st. They gave me a deadline till May 3rd
