    @JioCare @reliancejio are you sending anyone today to fix my Jio Fiber issue. It is 48 hours & 2 requests without any fix. Engineer just visited in the morning & postponed it as they are unable to fix. Today's Request - SR00001DZMYD Yesterday's request- SR00001DYZQQ.

    Never knew to get a JioFiber connection one has to chase this much.Staying in the same building one person has a connection and my order for new JioFiber connection is cancelled without any valid reasons.Can I know the reason for cancellation? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Sorry to say but your customer service is terrible. 4 Days have gone still Jio Fiber (Wifi & set top box) are not working. Neither your customer service numbers are replying. It’s terrible for People like us who belong to IT Industry..
