    @JioCare My JIO number 2035912508 ans alternate number 7249660524. My jio net down since 7 days, and I am trying all your pune office executives managers numbers but no one pick my calls since last 7 days. Twice jio technician came but they have that much domine knowledge to resolve issue

    @reliancejio @JioCare, in my area in New Delhi, I'm receiving almost everyday a message about an issue with JIO Fiber connectivity. Appreciate if you culd please either stop sending such messages and improvise your fiber network.

    It has been 7 days, that my Jio fiber hasn’t been working. I have come to know, that there is fault on the technical side, but until the issue is resolved provide us with a substitute ( jio 4G pack or the jio dongle). 7 days of negligence cannot be tolerated @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @atulkansal @_MukeshAmbani I am doubt the engeeniring team is there in bangalore to fix my connection issue. Still day no one reaching me regards with this. Only conversations are going on here there but no actual work is not been done so far.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi there, I am a Jio Customer since 2017 and since last 3.5 years I'm residing in Canada. I was getting all the text messages and everything is fine with the signal. Since few days I'm not getting any signal and my number is 8008508685

    @reliancejio Worst customer service I have ever seen by Jio. No customer care agent is responding. Since 3 days no engineer have visited to solve the issue nor customer care agent on phone is responding to the queries. Local agent working on in Ahemdnagar city are not responsive

    @JioCare Nobody is responding to calls or to fix the issue...issue is still there since 3 days...I want full refund of Jio service and cancel my connection if you are not able to provide services
