    Dear @JioCare , your operator at DHARCHULA, dist pithoragarh pin 262545 is giving pathetic and horrible services with jio network tower. Evrytime there is a issue of electricity, your network tower is shut down. Don't you have generator or any backup power source?.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My mother was having a Jio no. ending with 5096.She was using this number more than 5years.She left for US for 6 months we could not recharge the number and now when we are trying to use the number now Jio customer care says it is deactivated. Urgent action
