My internet connection is still not working properly, despite already raising this issue multiple times and making two previous posts. This level of customer support is extremely disappointing. assign someone to resolve this issue at the earliest. @JioCare look into this urgently.

I'm tired of calling customer care and your technicians who are only making promises and doing nothing. I have sent an email to the Nodal officer of Jio (UP West) If my JioFiber doesn't get fixed soon, I will file a complaint on Government's Department of Telecommunications. Even if that doesn't work, I will take a legal action against you. My JioFiber Complaint ID: SR000039LWKT Kindly get this resolved ASAP!
