@reliancejio #jiofiber . Our fiber connection is not working since more than 2 months now however payment is being deducted every month.The customer care doesn't attend to our complaints as the concern seems to have impacted the entire area and IVR reponds we are looking into it

Nowadays jio services are going worse and when we call in the complaint centre they also say the one thing those who are using jio sim pls make a note of it this is not good taking our money and not giving service properly by launching 5g @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare What a pathetic service Jio is giving after sales, I got my JioFibre connection cancelled to get a new one, but, I am just waiting to get the older device picked up to get the refund since last 1 month. Would strongly recommend everyone to not fall prey to this bullshit

@JioCare The service engineer visited was unable to resolve the issue. He insisted is to go for lan connection for smooth internet experience. When we asked for solution yo the WiFi problem he ended up saying that as u have 3rd party wifi device that's why it is not getting connected
