    @DoT_India Sir, I humble request you to please take necessary actions upon these network providers. We have a Hospital and after 24-48 hours issues didn't get resolved. They @JioCare @reliancejio are very irresponsible 🙏🙏

    Hi @JioCare Team, I port out from Jio on 10th Jan and still i am waiting for my refund of postpaid no.(same is shared in DM). Once i called your customer care and the told me to wait till at least 20 days and it's over, so kindly look into it.

    I am a jiofiber user, and frankly I've never felt so helpless with any service, it has been 5 days since my jiofiber internet is not working. I've raised multiple service requests on their customer service, but there has been no resolution. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare My fiber -04435524981 Service got Disconected on 6-2-22 at4PM,Raised Complaint in 6-2-22 at 5:39PM SR 18PSRN Promised visit at same day 7-8 PM not one called or visited as per message issue will be resolved at 7-2-22 at 12PM no one visited and still issue not resolved
