    @reliancejio Why do your chat advisors insult and disrespect customers facing issues from Jio? Wrong responses, disconnecting chat while sending texts, repeating same unrelated saved responses, delayed responses, and what not. I’ve faced this in just a week! Be ashamed Jio!

    @JioCare @reliancejio Till 4 Jan 23 i was able to use Jio5G but on 4 Jan 2023 i have ported from Jio prepaid to Jio postpaid since then I’m not able to use 5G. Please help us with the same ASAP on priority.

    @JioCare hi sir my name is venkat i am using your jio service. Your service is not working since last two days. Complaint has been made to your service center to your agent many times about this, so far no one is responding, please tell your agent and I think they can fix it.
