    @JioCare i am a jio postpaid customer. Your website says that OTT apps at no extra cost with postpaid plus plans. But even then i am being charged 135 rs rental every month for OTT apps. Your website doesnt mention this charge. (1/2)

    @JioCare Kindly help me to get out of this like I am living in a jungle and make us feel alive. Please 🙏 I have raised customer compliant for past three years about my area's signal issue and I am always repeated with the ans it will take few months to resolve the issue.

    @JioCare @dippandya25 jio don't have enough spectrum for large data usage, it will slow down further, #Port2Vi vodafoneidea good 4G in India, good call quality, better coverage, more importantly you can call customer care of Vi directly and raise your concern.

    @JioCare Currently ppl mindset different abt Reliance & V still continuing with 3nos of jiofibre which prove loyalty You are offering new connection in ₹1.5k+1k for settop box means 1k 4 settop whereas I m old customer when 4.5k was security Suggest to give another free of cost

    @JioCare Whats the update ? The sad thing is during a new sales pitch for a new connection everyone will call everyday but during a service request you guys become a ghost I Will never recommend Jio to anyone, as usual reliance is here to cheat not at all worried about customer service

    @reliancejio 06393991456 On this number, the network is always weak or disappears, even in 2 minutes, the phone is disconnected 10 times and there is no clear voice. Please improve the network
