    What the heck @reliancejio @JioCare ? Not even 3 days after getting Jio fibre, the optical fibre turned out to be faulty from start. Techincian who came to fix it, removed that cable completely n had connected the white cable into the router directly.

    @JioCare My device is 5g handset.. my neighbourhood using 5g from yesterday but still i m not getting the network....

    @JioCare No issue. The store porting app wasn't working. This happened twice in the last 15 days. I think @Airtel_Presence would be right choice for porting

    Jio needs to understand that one or two reminders are enough to inform people that their recharge is going to expire in 2-3 days. Playing the same thing again and again that too in three different languages sucks!! @JioCare

    Jio needs to understand that one or two reminders are enough to inform people that their recharge is going to expire in 2-3 days. Playing the same thing again and again that too in three different languages before every call sucks !! @JioCare
