    @JioCare I am travelling to USA on Aug 4. What is the way to activate IR on my prepaid number. Also which one is better: pay as you go or recharging with IR pack. Do we need to activate IR on prepaid SIM or it is already activated? Kindly help me to choose the best.

    It’s very unfortunate that the service of @reliancejio is getting worse day by day. It’s high time @MukeshAmbanima takes note of it seriously & does d best that he can. Business is nothing but service but @reliancejio fails to live upto it’s reputation

    @JioCare So it has been 72 hours without any resolution now. I guess it's not the fault with the salesperson but overall company strategy to grow business by cheating people? It's a shame.
