    @JioCare excellent service by jio broadband.... installed on1st september ...till today its giving constant speed of 30mbps without even failing for a single minute.....

    @PratickJha @reliancejio @JioCare You should be. Thye have very few service person on the field. Hence the downtime is really long. And the customer service personal can be of no help.

    I got tired of visiting @reliancejio Store, for migrating prepaid to postpaid. They are asking me to go for another outlet far away of 35km just for postpaid connection. @JioCare Help me out.

Yesterday noon onwards i dnt have internet ,for which i called your customer care dept. And got the info that today before 10 am it will get resolved but no one came
