    Submitted documents for duplicate sim as my sim got damaged. It's been a while and still sim has not been activated. I thought only jio network got had slowed from past few days, but the fact is support has become even slower. @RelianceJioCare @JioCare wake up!!

    @JioCare @reliancejio Today i am really disappointed my jiofiber refund of disconnected jio fiber hasn't credited within the 14 working day time period. And now its been longtime after 14 days still customer are asked to wait more for refund why? Please solve issue.

    I am suffering with network problem since last 2months. @JioCare @reliancejio. No resolution till date. Find it very difficult to work. If this is your network coverage foor cities like Greater Noida then what to expect for smaller cities and town.

    @JioCare even I had called yesterday and one of the support executive told me that refund has been processed yesterday so it will be credited within 4 working days. Will I get the refund or not? Why am I getting this mail? And what was my fault? Uninstallation was delayed by you
