    @JioCare @SonyLIV why can't I use my Jio Fiber SonyLiv subscription in my web or phone app? I tried to use my phone number to login and the app didn't detect that I've a premium subscription. Is there any explanation for this?

    @JioFiberChennai @JioCare Order# CO0000FXJ7NG, Worst uninstallation service. Logged a equipment pick up call more than a month ago and no one has turned up. Pick up schedule strictly not followed and wasting customer's time. Respect our commitments as well

    @JioCare @JioFiber0 Hi Nisha, this is regular problem....we have been tired of this slow service....plz tell engineers to resolve issue ASAP...my work has been hampering because of poor service from Jio Fiber....plz look into this issue...why your people damaging jio fiber brand name?
