    @JioCare @reliancejio Reached out to Jio care 198 after a long wait on IVR had words the CCR who accepts saying it’s a back end error and same faced by many customers who did payment on 30th Oct but they dont have any committed time lock period for service restoration @TRAI

    @JioCare i have just received a threat call from jio, the caller number is +919319234778.The girl or lady on the call threaten me to recharge my number, or else sim will be closed. Is this extortion? I had already recharged my number. What ******** I am getting a call like this?

    @JioCare Your agent visited but unable to complete ekyc due to no network. First make network available in my area. Rest u can ask your agent about location Area etc...
