    @JioCare This is Saurabh Pune 411009 pls for past 1 yr we are facing horrible speed issues.Even after insaccent complaints nothing is happening.Being a post paid customer I feel my 470/mth are waste.Hopefully this will be my last resort. My compaint No.MR00015G63VR.Please🙏🏻🙏🏻

    @reliancejio Maybe happy for the company. But the paying customer is suffering disconnections and slow service. I am real close to quitting jio for good.

    @reliancejio I shifted from Airtel to Jio cuz I wanted proper service for my company. I applied for jiofibre 5 days back. They took all the details and even charged me for the connection. It has been 5 days and no one has come to install the connection.
