    @reliancejio, It's been a day since the network is so freaking slow, not even able to send a message. This is absolutely terrible service delivered by the team. Complete piece of crap. Looking forward for the issues being resolved ASAP. Or else I would be switching to Airtel!

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi, We have taken jio connection on July 17 2021 and we took plan 6 months + 1 month extra service for Rs-7072 /- So it is supposed to expire on February 2022. But now after January 2022 in jio app is showing some bill dues.

    @reliancejio Problem for buying same number new sim. Pahle aadhar card me only year tha but updated aadhar me date of birth v aa jata hai. Jisse fir same sim nahi le pate hai log.

    @JioCare More than 29 hours of supply disruption.. is there anyone working on it ? Since yesterday morning, getting commitment of "shortly". Due to Temporary outage, JioFiber services for Service ID 5947796871 are impacted in your area since 30-01-2022 04:18 AM.

    @reliancejio #jiofiber when I ask to for new connection they reach your home in next hour to get money. Now I am chasing them to install devices for last 12 days. 4 schedule are cancelled already and received next scheduled date for 06/03. #help #newjioscam

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio broadband is worst. Very bad experience, both using it and from Customer service as well. Will need to switch now
