    @JioCare my fiber is down since morning, the app won’t let me create a service request because it doesn’t see anything wrong. Your reps aren’t picking up the phone I’ve been hold for the past 30 mins. Pathetic #JioFiber #jio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio Number : 1203666855 Internet service is down again today. Same incident occured. JIO CARE not picking up call and yesterday refused to take my complaint to raise service request. no prior notification was provided for maintenance.
