    @JioCare My fiber was working properly since last 5 months.Whereas, today I am not able to use my network as it is showing connected without Internet. I have an active plan and I did everything on your website...I hope you help us

    @JioCare I must appreciate your super efficient customer care which takes a sweet 30 minutes to log service request...all while customer must be online on chat. They disconnect as soon as I leave for a minute, and then the process starts again. I spent 1.5 hrs getting grilled by jio care.
