    @reliancejio @JioCare They do not forget to irritate you when your recharge is going to expire in in few days and never takes any pain to provide you services even after your complaint completed its almost 4 months birthday. Reminder: 3 months 28 days passed (119 days). 😠

    @JioCare Hi, my father's ORN No: is CR00000512P3 and my store that I went for my issue was Shreeji Villa (8746). It's taken 12 days for my father's issue to be solved. He is a heart patient and for him to go through this hassle has been very uncomfortable.

    @reliancejio @JioCare really rude staff. Issued had to be resolved today by 7:18 PM, I was told to wait at home. Now they are saying too dark will come tomorrow. The customer care I called to complain also unprofessional and rude ( name Veera )

    3 months.. from past 3 years they're telling same tale, but i didn't seen any improvement getting 30Kbps to indoors and sometimes no network, shame to you @reliancejio for the best support to customer (even now they ask to share location details and again same sh*t story repeat)

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have taken new connection after paying approximately 8000/-with the post paid plan of Rs 999/-. My system is not working since 12th August. No body is taking care. All the time call center call is getting disconnected.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Mr Ambani, it's a shame that Jio which you own has become MARO. Inspite of many complaints raised regarding data speed I don't see a light at end of the tunnel. When I asked I want to take the complaint further, your advisor didn't even care to respond from 2 days.
