    @JioCare I have 4 calls a day to your customer service and everyone promise to resolve this. Your area supervisor m Gajanan is stopping or what. That even after 4 days my service is disrupted. Now since everything is happening in public domain . Let the world see your such pathetic

    How ironical it is.Customer service like @JioCare @RelianceDigital @reliancejio says we understand your concern but they really do not do anything about it.Telling your appointment is booked but nobody showed up.Even when the wire got broke because of them.

    @reliancejio Now I am shifted in delhi Indira vikash mohala in pg I am not expect that on 4th floor jio network will not operated no any signal of jio That is very shame for it . how can belive that jio 5g network will come in 1 month which is very fast

    @JioCare 58 hours have lapsed and no one has come up to resort the issue. Red light is continuously on, so no internet from last 3 days. 2 complaints are already open for 58 hours now Service Request Number SR00001E0B7V and SR00001DYMWP. But no one is coming.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Pathetic customer service by Jio Fiber Bangalore team, Raised a complaint - (SR00001E0RD2) 30 hours ago still no progress.. If you can't service a customer why are you advertising so much to attract them? Very disappointed 😞

    @JioCare I don't have too much time. But i manage and go to your service centre on 12 July. You can check log register of your jio centre and they waste my around 1 hour to collect device and on 24 August they return me device. I don't want to visit your Jio centre again.
