    @JioCare Mam every time I raise refund request you guys cancel it and make it into installation request , I don’t want your fiber as your engineer himself said he will not be able to install the port in my locality , how difficult is to provide the refund. Kindly share the refund status.

    @reliancejio My Gio fiber is not working since yesterday morning I raised complained no: SR00001B4PTC, Almost 24 hrs now still awaiting resolution, this is JIO service, very disappointed, my work is suffering big time due to this

    @JioCare Internet is not working since last day. Location ,vill-Chauri, Post- Nandnagar, district-Basti. Due to poor jio connectivity not able to system login as work from home is going on. Tower is not operating due to electricity shutdown. So why company provides disel?????
