    @JioCare after so many compliments in jio customer care since last 1.5 year still date in my home area internet connectivity not improved When we call to jio care, customer care officer told me we are working on improving but still date i lost my moneyvery very pour connectivity

    @reliancejio @JioCare I’m amazed to see how pathetic your customer service is. It’s been 7 days and nobody has visited my place to handover SIM and moreover the request has been canceled twice wrongfully. The SIM delivery person when called always lies. Is anyone even bothered?

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Issue is 2g Wi-Fi not working. I am not able to use wifi because my mobile and one laptop not supported 5g. 1 week back 2 engg visited and told router need to change. But later when I call them, they are telling their manager not responding for new router.

    @JioCare Dear team, I am repeatedly escalating to you but no response. Your call Center is always doing trouble shoot and disconnecting call. My Fiber is 299375045102. Can you please confirm whether you can resolve issue or else do I need to write to regulatory authorities
