    @reliancejio may have managed to hog customers by money power and fooling them with low tariffs but the service is nowhere near to @airtelindia . not even close !! Their customer care is bloody arrogant. Don't even reply to the emails. The social media team replies after ages.

    @JioCare If you are unable to give service then close your company and dont fool people. . Constantly jio is giving problem in sadagram assam. So shame for jio learn from @airtel they are taking bit high price but functioning well

    @reliancejio fibre is providing the most horrible service in Muzaffarpur, BH. Escalation authority is useless. Took money from me and didn't give me a connection. No professionalism. Utter disgrace. I have dropped 10 emails to the CC team and escalation authority. No proper reply

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio I tried to set up jio autopay through paytm upi @Paytmcare my Rs 2000 deducted without my permission. Really a **** using using jio services

    It’s #4th day and still #internet is down. Raised multiple tickets and it’s being closed without fix. @JioCare @reliancejio Hope @airtelindia has good customer support.
