    @NavdeepLakkad @reliancejio @JioCare Issue resolved for me as well. It was a general network error post ios update and they made us restart our phones for activating face time and iMessage.

    @Ramesh_Dagli @JioCare no use calling them customer care will not understand n disconnect call!! Jio has customer harassment number instead of customer care! I guess reach them thru email n.then.escalate if u don't get response
