    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani I registered a complaint many times but your technician not doing any thing to increase the speed. So I want to look into my complaint and also I want to exceed my plan expiry by 20 to 30 days which you destroy by giving 400 kbps speed.

    @JioCare Thanks for your reply to my comment I am facing a problem in my area when electricity is not there. Personally I checked and found there was no fuel for the generator that time I am facing internet issue

    @reliancejio @JioCare i have 2 jio sim card one has 5 years old main number and second one is recently ported from airtel so my question is my new sim support 5G in my phone and my old one main number not support 5g i check all my phone setting but facing same issue please help

    @reliancejio I pressed the option for English when I dialled customer care. The dude started speaking in Hindi and was adamant he could only speak Hindi. He said he would transfer the call to someone who spoke in English, but am still holding….more than 10 mts and no response

    @JioCare I am not able to get access to Twitter, Google Chrome browsing n few other websites on @reliancejio network. All other network is working. Kindly resolve this issue. APN settings are also correct #jio
