    @JioCare Already done. Actually they are saying dp is full. If dp is full then it's not customers issue. Jio should increase the port of dp. Kindly expedite and help.

    @JioCare Did a 2878 recharge and it shows under active plans but when I try to make a call, I am being told I don't have a valid plan. Did a top up in response and still the same issue. I am unable to talk to any human executives despite the jio bots not providing an answer.

    @JioCare THE MOST PATHETIC customer service ever. The jio guy who sold me the esim has absolutely no clue why activation is taking so long. CC number busy since yesterday. Absolutely regret giving you people any money. Pathetic service!!!!!!!!

    @reliancejio @JioCare I can sense accounting fraud in the billing for my post paid connection. I am being wrongly billed for almost all the incoming calls even when I am not picking. Raised this issue with customer (1/2)

    @reliancejio @JioCare pathetic services you are providing every time I’m trying to on cellular data it converts into emergency calls only and I’m not the only one who’s facing this issue from yesterday many of my friends also facing the Same So please improve your services.
