@JioCare Dear Suraj …. I contacted Amazone customer care . They told me to collect the entitlement I’d from your end in which I’d you provide the prime benefit . They told it’s an alpha numerical number . Pl provide the same to me . It may be in ur records . Amazone is un aware of this

When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

@AJIOLife @reliancejio Firstly there was a problem in creating a return request for the item. Then I was able to create return request after 3-4 days. Now your delivery partner refused to come for pickup the item. I don't want to say but My experience with Ajio is not so good.

@JioCare You are not understanding, read all my tweets before your write here. How many times I have to recharge? reversed twice? After reversal on 2nd week of Dec'21, I have recharged on 17th Dec'21 which was reversed again. worst service., discussed with Airtel for installation. Bye.,
