When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

@JioCare I my last two recharges of Rs 149/- Jio Internet used very poor like 2G so till rectification of poor internet speed in our area I will not recharge. Many Jio consumers are suffering from same problems.

Jio Mobile Network is really horrible in our locality. Its network coverage is VERY LOW. Its Internet is VERY SLOW. It also GOES OFF when the power goes off. This had been persisting for years, and till date no solution yet. Please solve this problem. @JioCare @DoT_India @TRAI
