When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

@JioCare Dear Suraj …. I contacted Amazone customer care . They told me to collect the entitlement I’d from your end in which I’d you provide the prime benefit . They told it’s an alpha numerical number . Pl provide the same to me . It may be in ur records . Amazone is un aware of this

Paid like 1000 rupees in last 6 hours agaijst billing of 700 rupees.. @reliancejio team has barrer my postpaid service only with a grid of Pre on Post.. just to get more money out of it.. i ll do one thing.. i ll cut all my fibre to mobile connections.. will switch.. @JioCare

@JioCare Thank you for your response. I believe the support should be customer centric. I should have received a call from the installation team if i have any installation appointment. The installation date was on 5th Feb which is already crossed. Do you have any email for escalations?

@JioCare I had Purchased a Jio fiber connection in Dec 2021 through a referral by my relative. After one month free trial, I was told by the customer care representative, that on any recharge, I can redeem the voucher for 1 month. I recharged for 7 days plan of 199+GST.

Worst possible customer service by @AJIOLife , returned a product on 21 of Jan, it was picked up on 29, expected refund date was 29, and still no response, when i tried to when them by call, waited for 45 mins, they don't even pick up the call, @JioCare

@JioCare Actually i heard at nearest jio site some additional Lte+ bands have been installed days ago same is not providing the good strength that was earlier , that's why we are facing problems , request you to reinstate the previous bands and resolve the issue
