@JioCare It wasn’t the case a couple of weeks ago. I am staying at the same place since quite a long time. I don’t think all of a sudden everybody bought a lot of jio sims in my vicinity. If congestion had really been the case then why my family members aren’t facing the same issue?

@reliancejio I am facing very slow internet speed. Your pathetic helpline keeps on telling me that there is a congestion in network which causes slow internet experience. When I ask them about the timeline in which it will get fixed. They said we can’t commit. #jio

@JioCare jio unable to deliver service as data speed is zero, voice network is low and no one listen. Since Reliance got debt free jio customer facing lots of issue related service. Does the company no longer need consumers who are being treated like that?

@JioCare I had a query regarding validity time of jiofibre refund during free trial 30days period. For eg:If validity end suppose today at 1pm, and cancellation request is raised at 5 pm today, on the same end date but after few hours,then will the customer get full 1500 refund?
