@JioCare It wasn’t the case a couple of weeks ago. I am staying at the same place since quite a long time. I don’t think all of a sudden everybody bought a lot of jio sims in my vicinity. If congestion had really been the case then why my family members aren’t facing the same issue?

@reliancejio I am facing very slow internet speed. Your pathetic helpline keeps on telling me that there is a congestion in network which causes slow internet experience. When I ask them about the timeline in which it will get fixed. They said we can’t commit. #jio

@JioCare jio unable to deliver service as data speed is zero, voice network is low and no one listen. Since Reliance got debt free jio customer facing lots of issue related service. Does the company no longer need consumers who are being treated like that?

Worst Network i ever seen from the network providers is now a days from @reliancejio by the last 20 to 25 days. I’m facing a lots of proble, i wish could change my sim card to @airtelindia but i had recharged my number just before a month of pack rs 2879. I’m just stucked in it.

@JioCare @JioFibre whoever is trying to get into broadband can avoid Jio services. They started with all fanfare few years ago.but speed and network issues unresolved in last few months. And imagine we are in heart or city..bandra E. stuck for this year...but will soon change.
