@JioCare It wasn’t the case a couple of weeks ago. I am staying at the same place since quite a long time. I don’t think all of a sudden everybody bought a lot of jio sims in my vicinity. If congestion had really been the case then why my family members aren’t facing the same issue?

@JioCare jio unable to deliver service as data speed is zero, voice network is low and no one listen. Since Reliance got debt free jio customer facing lots of issue related service. Does the company no longer need consumers who are being treated like that?

@reliancejio I am facing very slow internet speed. Your pathetic helpline keeps on telling me that there is a congestion in network which causes slow internet experience. When I ask them about the timeline in which it will get fixed. They said we can’t commit. #jio

@JioCare @reliancejio Jio has resolved issue related Jio tower which was not functioning in near village which is 2km away and has population of 3000.But not bothered about the existing Jio tower which is not functioning, which covers my place which has more than 10000 people.

@JioCare I converted my sim card from IDEA to JIO a month ago.But I have a problem.When I recharge.I recharged 84 days for Rs 599 & it happened,I did it from paytm.But then when I recharge extra data for Rs 151,it shows a problem.May I know exactly why this problem occurs?
