    @JioCare jio unable to deliver service as data speed is zero, voice network is low and no one listen. Since Reliance got debt free jio customer facing lots of issue related service. Does the company no longer need consumers who are being treated like that?

    @JioCare It wasn’t the case a couple of weeks ago. I am staying at the same place since quite a long time. I don’t think all of a sudden everybody bought a lot of jio sims in my vicinity. If congestion had really been the case then why my family members aren’t facing the same issue?

    @reliancejio I am facing very slow internet speed. Your pathetic helpline keeps on telling me that there is a congestion in network which causes slow internet experience. When I ask them about the timeline in which it will get fixed. They said we can’t commit. #jio

    @JioCare Please Improve Network Issue In our location .I am registering many complain to jio care from 1 Month more and they are not behaving proper.i had recharge for 1 year of rs 1699/-.Please Initate a refund of this Poor Service given by Jio. Jio Service is 👎🏻@reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare inhv successfully ported out from jio to other sp and i must say my decision was correct to start with. Getting good net speed and call connectivity. Thy also hv customer complain option which u dnt hv. Finally a relief frm an arrogant service provider and a torture
