@JioCare jio unable to deliver service as data speed is zero, voice network is low and no one listen. Since Reliance got debt free jio customer facing lots of issue related service. Does the company no longer need consumers who are being treated like that?

@reliancejio I am facing very slow internet speed. Your pathetic helpline keeps on telling me that there is a congestion in network which causes slow internet experience. When I ask them about the timeline in which it will get fixed. They said we can’t commit. #jio

@JioCare It wasn’t the case a couple of weeks ago. I am staying at the same place since quite a long time. I don’t think all of a sudden everybody bought a lot of jio sims in my vicinity. If congestion had really been the case then why my family members aren’t facing the same issue?

Dear @reliancejio @JioCare , I've been a customer since 31st Jan 2023 and have been facing issues since day 1. My fiber connection stopped working and I reported the issue on 31st Jan. I received a response on 5th Feb that an engineer would come for service, but no one arrived.
