@JioCare kindly increase your network atrengh in my house and shop area 4G is running in kbps unable to get net in Mbps. I Have port from airtel to jio because for network issues only.

@JioCare extremely poor customer service. No response to complains. Feeling cheated it was my wrong Decision that I ported to jio from airtel

First remove that jio store listing from My jio app and Google maps. Why misleading customers? Second, make home delivery guy contact the customer and tell when he will visit. @JioCare

If there’s one glaring problem with using @reliancejio is there absolute lack of trained personnel! @jiocare needs to train their people first. From sales to support this dependency on cheap labor add sheer nuisance value to customers - as do their “procedures”!

@JioCare More than 48 hours have passed since sharing all the relevant details to you. But still there is no action or any visit by your team. We are still waiting for our internet connection and our work is getting hampered because of this unreasonable delay. Pathetic service by Jio.
