    @JioCare kindly increase your network atrengh in my house and shop area 4G is running in kbps unable to get net in Mbps. I Have port from airtel to jio because for network issues only.

    @JioCare Third class jio fiber service. I have booked a relocation request on 06/05/2022 wide order number CO0000LZH13H but it is still not resolved. I call on customer care daily and they are just playing that it will be done tomorrow. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @ImAtulKansal First of all you dont send an automated recharge invoice to a customer as per the standard norms. If customer wishes to download the invoice after 180 days from recharge voila!!!! They cant do so as the invoice gets wiped out from your system it seems

    Paid for #JioFiber @JioFiberVoice on Sunday and still installation process isn't complete. Staff is saying tomorrow tomorrow . Very unprofessional and 3rd class behaviour by a reputed company. If you're unable to provide service please refund my money @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare Please help us to do the sim swap our bank account is linked with number and it can lead to fraudulent and bank scam. Please take an action. The employee I'd of that agent is 76562312. He is now asking 599 Rs of amount for a sim swap forcefully

Earlier little internet data was stolen but now from few days till 1:30 am 100% of my data is stolen and I find it very difficult to work whole day.     @reliancejio hii i am using your fiber connection from 2020 and still 2.4 GHz band doesn't work properly. My phone only support 2.4ghz band I tried everyway possible. please change my fiber box , otherwise I have to shift to Airtel 🥲
