    @JioCare Worst customer service then airtel . It was my biggest wrong decision to port from airtel to jio.

    @JioCare Thanks for replying and I am hearing the same for past 3 weeks. Does it takes 3 weeks to fix an issue. Anyway I hope to get solution. There is no escalation matrix for Jio as all complaints we are limited to Jiocare email id

    @JioCare suddenly a problem occurred in our router which was installed a few days back. This problem occurs frequently. Raised complaint ref SR00001BHAGE I was told engineer will visit. Nobody visited but but status is showing resolved. What a great service 🤨😡
