@JioCare Your network in my town is worst no 4G speed is in kbps. Please look into this. I have ported to jio from airtel for internet speed which was my wrong decision I think.

@reliancejio now we are going to port that in other networks which are better then jio we would enjoy good network and speed of net if we are unable use our data then why we stay with it

@JioCare Today also the problem is not going to be resolved. Just spoke to #LalchandMaurya (Team Lead) of pin code 400004. He mentioned nobody from his team has reached the field yet due to Mumbai rains. What do you mean by some time?

Jio is the worst net ever whenever my netpack have 3 days remaining to expire the data becomes slow af and they call and message me every 3-4 hours its disturbing I noticed this every time but I didn't reacted but now it's too much @reliancejio #reliancejio

@JioCare absolutely pathetic customer care! Im requesting your customer care to send a technician to check the router and all they doing is directing me to backend call. This is absolutely pathetic. For a plan of 100mbps internet im getting only 50kbps speed! This is pathetic

@JioCare The range in my jio fiber is very limited,I can use it only in the hall. I enquired about this issue with your support and they said that a new modem that has a better range, but I need to cancel the subscription and reapply. Is it possible to replace without canceling?
