    @reliancejio now we are going to port that in other networks which are better then jio we would enjoy good network and speed of net if we are unable use our data then why we stay with it

    @JioCare Your network in my town is worst no 4G speed is in kbps. Please look into this. I have ported to jio from airtel for internet speed which was my wrong decision I think.

    @SatyamM84119341 @reliancejio They will never improve their service and nothing will happen no matter how much you follow-up. Their customer care don't have any data regarding your complaint. Switch to other service provider if you want peace of mind

    @JioCare The ticket is being rescheduled everytime without prior consent and then moved to next day. This is what is being followed since 18th.Everytime I call and ask the service team to reschedule the service to close it ASAP but request fall on deaf ears

    @amiesumit07 @reliancejio @JioCare is pathetic when it comes to service and connectivity. I have to call their customer care 6-7 times a day to get a simple issue resolved. Had to spent 3-4 days w/o internet

    @JioCare I was using jiofibre in 2020. In 28.10.2020 my joifibre connection stopped working. Issue taken up with your service engineer Divyesh ( same service engineer promised to resolve issue within 48 hours) after 3 days of intense follow up issue not resolved by your team.1/3

    Really frustrated with the customer service of @reliancejio for their fiber connection. Firstly, their field engineer by the name of Raj Sakpal visits our premise, gets the NOC signed from all residents and promises to expedite the process of providing fiber connection... 1/n
