@JioCare Your network in my town is worst no 4G speed is in kbps. Please look into this. I have ported to jio from airtel for internet speed which was my wrong decision I think.

@reliancejio now we are going to port that in other networks which are better then jio we would enjoy good network and speed of net if we are unable use our data then why we stay with it

She shared list of transaction with "Claimed Refund", no idea what it means as I didn't receive cashback. Either explain it completely or just credit cashback to my account. Thnx

Hi, @JioCare & @reliancejio wherever I start using the jio 5g service, I can enjoy the unlimited data services but parallelly all my incoming calls and messages are barred, I tried in different locations in Telangana state, issue is same. My device is "Moto edge 30".

@JioCare my phone number 7986945085. Device apple i12, address-v.p.o-jiya,Teh-Palampur, Distt-Kangra. HP 176059. Internet is not working since yesterday. Unable to use any platform be it whatsapp, insta, web browsing etc. Seems issue is with all jio users in my area. PLZ HELP

@JioCare - Do you even look into the issues other than sending just standard response? You customer support does not work and agents keep disconnecting the calls.. Jio store does not have any solution... I have not seen such a great service by any provider

Can anyone fix my issue @reliancejio @JioCare Purchased new sim 2 months back- still the number not working, calling daily to Jio care but no solution at all... Very frustrating purchased jio..so bad.. number #9025829297
