@JioCare Your network in my town is worst no 4G speed is in kbps. Please look into this. I have ported to jio from airtel for internet speed which was my wrong decision I think.

@reliancejio now we are going to port that in other networks which are better then jio we would enjoy good network and speed of net if we are unable use our data then why we stay with it

@reliancejio from last 25 days I am not able to call or receive any call from anyone due to bad network and recently found out that its not only me my whole area is suffering from same issue. please look into the matter and resolve the issue asap.

@reliancejio I use Jio Fiber since 18/5/22 paying 3 months charges as advance payment. This should cover until 17/8/22. But I am charged Rs 1178.82 to pay for usage until 21/8/22. Customer support unable to explain why bill summary indicates past month as bill charge is advance

@JioCare I know to recharge my phone. You don’t have to irritate me with your **** load of reminder messages 4 days before. Also don’t have to play the f***in recorded reminder voice note every time i make a call. Recharge chestha savad*** nannu. 🙌🏻👏🏻

@aksindiain @JioCare After sales support and after installation support is questionable. I am facing the same issue. It’s best to cancel the order and go for other providers. I’ve used Act, Airtel, Tata Play - everyone give good after sales support- they care to act on time.
