@JioCare Your network in my town is worst no 4G speed is in kbps. Please look into this. I have ported to jio from airtel for internet speed which was my wrong decision I think.

@reliancejio now we are going to port that in other networks which are better then jio we would enjoy good network and speed of net if we are unable use our data then why we stay with it

@JioCare #Day4 still no network, I am unable to use even a single MB of data and out of 30 4-5 days wasted Don't know how long does jio needs to resolve this Do you wish to stretch it to 30 days so that you can enjoy consumers money without even offering a days service @TRAI @DoT_India

@JioCare It looks like the network of your mobile services becoming poorer in the Patrakar Puram area of Lucknow 226010. Signals on my mobile are poor, I am noticing that incoming calls posing a problem. Pl rectify the problem in my area or I have to think otherwise.

@TRAI @JioCare @reliancejio booked a new fiber connection on 26th the salesman committed to install on same day after booking he is not attending my calls worst ever experience with JIO no installation yet i have called several times to several persons in jio no response

@JioCare If JioFiber engineer do not pickup device within 60days of timeline of trial offer,does the customer get a Rs1000 installation charges refund? Because customer is ready to give anytime, but its engineer who does not visit in given timeline. So,what happened in such case?

The JE in the local exchange tells that they have leased the job to contractors and BSNL is in no way related to this problem. The contractor is a dumb guy not even understanding that I would internet for work and talks disrespectfully. @BSNL_TN @reliancejio gives 50kbps.
