@JioCare Your network in my town is worst no 4G speed is in kbps. Please look into this. I have ported to jio from airtel for internet speed which was my wrong decision I think.

@reliancejio now we are going to port that in other networks which are better then jio we would enjoy good network and speed of net if we are unable use our data then why we stay with it

@JioCare It has been already more than a month, how much more time do you need? Don't generalize with "sometime." Just tell me the exact time. Bcoz you customer care executives have already told me to "wait for 24 hours' at least ten times in the past month.

@reliancejio It's been 17 days since the complaint, the complaint resolve is closed without working and you have to bring 5G first give proper service to 4G.

@JioCare check the DM it's more than 3 year and now I stopped chasing. I know it's not a cup of tea for jio to handle the network so let it be you can sleep. don't take tension for my issue. sleep very well. in DM you can find everything

Absolutely distasteful customer experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence new wifi connection hasn't been completely installed after 4 days of payment, no wonder @reliancejio is ruling the market!
