@reliancejio now we are going to port that in other networks which are better then jio we would enjoy good network and speed of net if we are unable use our data then why we stay with it

@JioCare Your network in my town is worst no 4G speed is in kbps. Please look into this. I have ported to jio from airtel for internet speed which was my wrong decision I think.

@JioCare How shamelessly you keep promising of 48 hours TAT for removal of Jio fiber connection but it's been almost a month and no one has come to pick up the device. How long do you you wish to trouble your clients? This is pathetic service from a brand like yours.

@JioCare Just now service representative visited home for the activation process and informed about 399 plan but activated for 599/-. Please help me in getting prepaid plan instead of this postpaid before no. gets ported or I will have to cancel the port of my number.

@JioCare Please check dm for contact details, lost my phone few days ago. Tryina search for ways to get a new sim since then in NCR. number registered in Madhya Pradesh circle. Had no issues in getting same circle Airtel sim back in Gurgaon, idk why Jio made a simple thing so tough!
