    @JioCare Your network in my town is worst no 4G speed is in kbps. Please look into this. I have ported to jio from airtel for internet speed which was my wrong decision I think.

    @reliancejio now we are going to port that in other networks which are better then jio we would enjoy good network and speed of net if we are unable use our data then why we stay with it

    @JioCare just now got a call he is asking me to **** which I m nt supposed to do. Some app download kyc etc etc This is ridiculous solve asap .

    @airtelindia I have tried almost for 1hr to contact customer care but I couldn't, But when recharge will get over within seconds thay will contact you like this is the last day on the planet "sir your recharge plan is get over please recharge sir" same goes to @reliancejio

    @JioCare By when I can expect the matter will get resolve. My also concern is I have recharge 1 year package in last month and I cannot surrender the connection. So need solution in this matter. My connection no is 0120- 3671358.
