    @reliancejio @JioCare I am facing call disconnection and internet browsing issue in my area . Village dhekari tal Tuljapur dist osmanabad 413601 .one jio tower is installed here in last month but still that tower is not working properly. Please resolve this issue soon as possible

    @JioCare I would like to clearly mention the following 1. I did restart my phone several times. 2. I did reset APN three four times to “jionet”. 3. I changed my handset from iPhone to Samsung too. 4. I did restart Samsung few times. 5. I am facing the issue in 2 locations, office & home.

    @JioCare i have applied for fiber on 25thofDec and paid the initial fees on same date but the installation is still pending.Tried to contact the concern person but he is not answering my call.Have already booked several complaints for the issue but no action has been taken.

    @JioCare I have a jio delhi no. with one year validity now shifted to Bihar due to roaming the data network is not good as compared to Bihar jio sim....kindly suggest the process were I can mnp the no. To Bihar jio with validity intact
