  @JioCare 1. Service request was closed without solving the issue. Why ? 2. Your ground staff is rude and unsupporting. They never worked on it. It's more than 2 weeks and still nobody is doing anything to fix it.

  Hi @airtelindia @reliancejio My hometown is still missed out of digital world. There is no network tower withing 3/4 kms. Village is surrounded by mountains. Request you to install a tower.
