  @JioCare @JioCare Extremely disappointed with #JioFiber service. New connection (just 8-9 days old and under trial period) has been down for 7 days for Fixed Voice No. 91-5123134265. Complaint SR0000345F7F registered on 21 Apr still unresolved despite repeated calls and follow-ups.

  @JioCare If customer raises a service request for your technician to visit,u give a slot with specific time,u send ur technician as per ur convenience and put the complaint on hold as the customer was not available. U want to operate on ur terms then don’t beg for business

  Writing to @RelianceDigital @JioCare again today as there has been no response or follow up at all, literally the worst service.Spoke to a customer care representative in the morning and she mentioned that the AC will be installed by today, But we didn't even receive a call back
