@JioCare- I brought my Jio Fiber on 9th May 2021 and due to patchy service, I decided to discontinue and conveyed my decision to the Jio customer care. The customer care executives have only been committing to baseless dates and no commitment is fulfilled in this 2 months.

@reliancejio @JioCare Called twice on Jio Customer Care. Long wait time + advisors said i called on wrong no. or got disconnected! Horrible experience. Network Issue is still unresolved for my JioFi dongle : 9284759295 Is there any procedure to port to @airtelindia wifi ?

@Airtel_Presence It's of no use. I've already ported to @JioCare . I was complaining about horrible internet service to you since December 2019. During lockdown also couldn't do online classes and work due to your slow network. Moreover your plans are way expensive compared to Jio.

@JioCare It has been over 30 hrs no engineer has visited or called. Hands down worst service ever, jio never fails to disappoint!! I have the worst service exp with jio of all companies till date.
