    @reliancejio @JioCare I am facing call disconnection and internet browsing issue in my area . Village dhekari tal Tuljapur dist osmanabad 413601 .one jio tower is installed here in last month but still that tower is not working properly. Please resolve this issue soon as possible

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio network is very weak here in Pujari Nagar Tuljapur, looks like no jio network tower here. Please check for the solution.

    @JioCare It’s been 4 days since I completed self‑KYC and opted for SIM delivery. Now the delivery agent says he can’t deliver just because I did self‑KYC. This is unacceptable. Chat support isn’t helping either.

    Hi @JioCare I want to cancel my subscription of Jio AirFiber, pls let me know how can o cancel as all of your communication channels are non functional and operating on automated chats and calls. this is too frustrating for me after paying bills and unable to use services.

    @JioCare It has already been 6+ days without services, with no clear timeline, no SR acknowledgement, and no ability to connect with customer care due to the predefined IVR message, hence pls share the process to close the connection and rebate the monthly charges as there was no service

    @JioCare I wasted so much time waiting for installation, calls, and updates, but there was no proper support from the team. Honestly, this has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. After this experience, I don’t think I’ll buy Jio services again and I’ll definitely not rcmd

    @JioCare I recharged my Jio number almost 3 hours ago. Payment was successful, but the recharge is still not reflecting in the Jio app and services are not activated yet. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest. #Jio #RechargeIssue #CustomerSupport
