    @reliancejio @JioCare and I had ported in to jio 8 days ago from Vi india , as jio offers superior quality voice and data services .. after Ported in keeping jio reputation I had recharged the Jio number with 12 month plan after just activated number on jio network ....

    @JioCare Service request ws raise bfr 12 noon at request for immediate resolution. Bt the connectivity was not solved . Technical head , engineer didn't responded the call after multiple attempts . They need SR to work on , after creation of SR , they stp respon.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I had personally Contacted jio care 3-7 times in past days , they only says it's temporary technical problem it will be solved within 4-5 hours , today also I had again contacted jio care they said it will take 5 hour 13 minutes to resolve your problem ...

    @JioCare Oh you mean the engineer will visit in night? Sorry that time is my sleeping time. Are you out of your mind? Visiting time was 5-6 pm IST & it is already 7:55 pm. When will your engineer will visit? Is this the service your company promise to the customer?

    @reliancejio Fiber services in Santa Cruz West, Mumbai are pathetic, staff is so arrogant & unprofessional, no customer care at all, frequent disruption of services without any help. Lesson learnt: It's not always good to go with top player in the market. @TRAI

    @HappyKaLri @reliancejio @TRAI True!! My jiofiber is not working since 11th May and everyday they are giving fake promise of it'll be fixed in top priority. It's been 10 days for god sake total waste of money. jio has worst customer service. #shameonjio

    @JioCare Thanks! As mentioned over call, I was able to solve the issue myself and didn't really get any support before that by Jio or Netflix. As discussed, next time onwards will reach out to @JioCare from the get go for better resolution. Thanks and hoping for a better experience!

    @JioCare @reliancejio what is this? My fiber wire got cut outside my house and your support providing me the time slot of 23rd may evening, what will I do till then? 48 hours waiting tine for 2 min work. How will I do work from home without the internet. Is this your service?
