    @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India Service Request no.SR000013PSBQ, please let me know the status of the service request which raised. Starting from 6pm till 12 pm we are facing issues with the internet and calls clarity. total population in ponduru village was more than 3000.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Poor JioFiber service. Speed ~1 Mbps for 2 months on 30 Mbps plan. No visits, complaints closed without OTP, repeated reschedules. Tested via LAN – not WiFi issue. NCH Complaint No: 9103018 #JioFiber #PoorService #ConsumerRights

    @JioCare facing network issue at my home for the last 9–10 months. In the last 6 days alone, I’ve raised 5 complaints, but still no resolution. Inside my home, internet is almost unusable. I’m trying to start livestreams but this is stopping me. Please fix this ASAP.
