    @JioCare I had registered a complaint regarding my JioFiber connection last Saturday which was closed without resolving my problem. Again on this Monday i registered a complaint which is yet to be resolved. All I get in reply is it will be resolved shortly

    Dear @JioCare thank you for becoming another @ViCustomerCare - a basic voice call on your network now drops after any where between 20 secs to 1 min..when I try to redial - I get a notification saying " not registered on mobile network " #FAIL

    @JioCare : worst speed in my area. Just like 2G.. kindly improve or now its really time to switch to airtel or vi again.. i think 2G is fast compare to your 4G..

    @reliancejio @JioCare 5 days no internet , service request initiated 4 days ago , no one called or even came to check the internet and the service request was marked completed by JIO. This is appalling , registered number is 9815507100. No other way to reach out you guys.

    @JioCare My fiber uninstallation request is pending for more than 22 days & getting exactly same answers on each interaction - "Within 48 hours, you'll receive an update from us", which obviously didn't happen. Twitter Inbox also didn't help (same answer there as well). Pathetic!
