  So the Internet speed what i get is 1mbps for my 4g mobile network @JioCare @reliancejio I guess i will check my airtel speed nd switch back my mobile Internet to #airtel if that works better.. Time to explore

  @JioCare @reliancejio I am using another network since my issue not resolved which I had submitted in May 2020. My family having jio prepaid connection and they are having same slow internet connection problem for approx. 1 year and no solution given by Jio team.

  @JioCare I called customer care number 18008969999 many times but every time one unique answer will be given by customer care executive that your installation on hold and you will be contacted shortly by our engineer with in 24 hours. My Order number is NO0000G4B0PN
