@JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India Service Request no.SR000013PSBQ, please let me know the status of the service request which raised. Starting from 6pm till 12 pm we are facing issues with the internet and calls clarity. total population in ponduru village was more than 3000.

@TRAI Complaint against @JioCare ,there is no power backup in the tower of Pragati Nagar Sonipat-131001, Complaining since Aug-2019 but not a single resolution given by Jio. Neither Jio Helpline 198 nor Appellate Authority registers any çomplaint of this issue. Plz take strict action.

@JioCare I'm one of your recent customer. But I am not having a good experience so far with respect to Data speed. It's really weird but true that even though Speed test shows 2-3Mbps speed but it can't even load regular webpage forget about streaming YouTube videos.

@JioCare @reliancejio Dear what was my fault? I joined jiofi family? Please atleast call and resolve my issue as explained before about auto disconnect from VPN. I am paying money to use the internet properly.
