@JioCare Customer care says that whole area is impacted and refused to generate the complaint number. Windows of 4 hrs for resolution given around 10:10 PM. Surprised to see how outage is managed without incident management tickets. Bad customer experience.

@JioCare I am really struggling without internet. Jio Fibre is an issue. I have tried calling everyone and it has been such an issue to get in touch with customer care. Please help , it is highly unprofessional in this pandemic.
