    @arghyabasu5 @reliancejio It the worst i am complaing from last 198 days but no use now the condition is so worst that when the executive from Jio called me her voice was breaking so much same my voice also she disconnected the call and then no call no message so I am not reacharging also this month

    Looks like now every telecom service provider (@VodafoneIN & @Idea , @reliancejio, @airtelindia, last but not least bsnl 3G) providing the worst signal strength in my area @TRAI

    @reliancejio @SonyLIV JIO is forcing customers to take products. I've been writing to your customer care frm 3rd Feb to cancel the free Netflix subscriptn which I erroneously activated, but no one is bothered. The worst Customer Service Co. in India title should go to JIO. Will never recommend to JIO!

    if you’re thinking of switching to @reliancejio JioFiber - this is a sign from the universe - don’t. don’t waste your time, don’t waste your money. all you’ll be met w are false promises & quite possibly the WORST customer experience. 0/10. not would recommend.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Why your IVR starts screaming about my plan expiry in 5 days advance before making every call ? Even in Urgent and Emergency situation it is there. Why should customer bear it ?
