    @JioCare JIO engineers are cheating their customers without contacting the customers they are putting on cases on hold incorrectly. This is 4th time they are doing. SR00001BVJT8, visit of Jio service engineer for your JioFiber. connection having hold as Society permission required.

    @JioCare The appointment time is 11am, do you expect the customer to be available at home for entire day waiting for your engineer. This is ridiculous, the instalment should be done on the decided time and not entire day which is 24 hour window. @reliancejio
