@reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI I am realy very disappointed with Jio service. No coverage, no NET speed. Very poor service. I am frustrating with this. I complained before but no any action taken by jio care. Realy its last time to request you. we having 3 jio sims at home.

@jiocare we have facing network issue in our area from last 3-4 months... contected jio call center,local jio shop but still not solve our issue . In my family there are 7 jio numbers ... @reliancejio already increse rates ...and also charging for calling for iuc charges..

@gaurangtembhek1 @JioCare I recharged 8899629347 from Jiopos lite with prm id 0700632093 wrongly with 72 against 75. I had to recharge the same with 75. In the process I as a agent lost 72 rupees. Which jio cannot pay back.This is a violation of customer norms.There should be cancellation button for agent

What a amazing service provided by Jio Fiber. Mr Ambani should answer why the Jio Fiber service down in pin code 712248 from 27th June 10 AM. Just got SMS from Jio that service will restore on 29th June. I can’t believe this is also correct statement. @JioCare @MukeshAmbani06
