@JioCare guys it's a huge request plz bring fiber connection in my colony 431605 sahyadri nagar it's just available on the opposite side of the road but not in my side. Tired used @Airtel_Presence worst service in my city. Please look into this matter asap

@reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI I am realy very disappointed with Jio service. No coverage, no NET speed. Very poor service. I am frustrating with this. I complained before but no any action taken by jio care. Realy its last time to request you. we having 3 jio sims at home.

@JioCare You always told us that there are many users in area , but is that my fault ? Let's suppose there are many users but you're not providing good internet speed. At least give us some decent network , I could barely work on your internet service.

@jiocare we have facing network issue in our area from last 3-4 months... contected jio call center,local jio shop but still not solve our issue . In my family there are 7 jio numbers ... @reliancejio already increse rates ...and also charging for calling for iuc charges..

@JioCare most horrific service exp with JioFibre. Internet has been down. There have been atleast 3 failure in commitments given by your team to resolve the issue. Also, the team is absolutely shameless about it. Also, very surprising to note that there is no escalation matrix!!

@JioCare My entire area is full with jio network. Even in my society we have 100s of jio Fiber connections. How come you say the network coverage is not adequate in the area?.! Better check and provide a solution as I didn’t expect that just after buying a new connection i get slow speed
