The sole reason for me to leave @ViCustomerCare is the incoming calls they bars the moment your recharge validity gets over. @JioCare is much better than that. VI guys needs to be customer centric but they are acting opposite. I can’t believe I gets 2G in many areas in Delhi NCR

Toll-free means free. Blocking such calls after recharge expiry hits crores of poor & elderly the hardest. Operators must allow 1800 calls without validity recharge. #ConsumerRights #TelecomReform @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare @Airtel_Presence
