My next recharge is due on 1st August, and I want to cancel the connection before that so I don't have to recharge for a service I won't be using.

Since your support team is working so why not setup phone call togather discuss & resolve the situation on call to expedite refund release rather playing message passing, guessing game. Although my phone shows a 5G+ signal, the internet speed is very slow, calls frequently drop or have poor voice quality, and the service does not perform as expected. I request that this issue be properly investigated
