While launching 5G service, you are neglecting 4G service. If your internet service is so bad that I can't do any internet work, what about the profit or causes to use your company's service? @reliancejio don't ask any questions because I am feeding up to answer all of those.

@reliancejio are u really came up with 5g pls check your 4g network first it's totally horrible in my location after complaint also no solution your customer care is saying that there is very good network in my area but a video in YouTube also takes 2 to 5 mins to start

@satyamfourth @reliancejio @JioCare Not yet. I think most of the jio customer care team people are stupid. Purchasing two jio recharge voucher at jio app using my own money for my own number is being flagged by them as fraud. Looking for complaint to administrative and legal authorities.

@JioCare Make sure the connection is sorted in 15 min . Not that the person is staying in my home for hours . Or I shift to airtel who sorted things merely in 15 mins . I don't want the engineer to discuss issue with senior on call on road in front of my house.

@JioCare jio fiber not working. Raised a complaint yesterday, engineer visited. Today again internet not working. I called customer care, i am being told first run troubleshoot on myjio app, then only complaint can be registered. When internet is not working how will the app run?
