    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioHotstar ordered and paid for installation of your service. They couldn't install and hence asked to cancel instead of resolution. Pathetic service people who donot care. They blame each other for the goof up. Hadn't seen such a reluctant team ever.

    Day 4 and still no action from regarding pickup of my additional setup box. I have already raised complaints and tweeted multiple times, yet I’m being charged ₹200/month unnecessarily. Extremely disappointed with the service and delay. Kindly resolve this immediately. @JioCare

    Day 6 - @JioCare , still no support from these guys, no technician available to fix the issue. And the customer care people are just parrots repeating the same thing without making sense and able to solve the issue.

    @JioCare this is to inform I have paid my Jio Fiber bill yesterday at 10:07 PM IST. Ideally every month, services are resume in a 1 min. Now its been more than 12 hrs. Services are not restored yet. I have called Jio Customer Service for same. No Response for same. MROO01OROUPO

    One of the worst services from @JioCare Facing internet issues with Jio AirFiber almost every single day. Engineers have visited 5 times already. It starts working for a few hours and then the same issue happens again. Really disappointed with the service and support experience.
