This is a good idea to keep postpaid customer waiting on the name of verification and suspend his number on account of verification without calling customer @ViVodaidea . Thats why customer porting to @airtelindia and @reliancejio for hassle free service for which they entitled.

@JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber connection was out for 5 days and apparently there is no policy to compensate for those days without internet. I know @airtelindia has a policy to compensate the outage, not sure which world JioFiber is living in!! Sucks like all other #JioThings

@JioCare @reliancejio i am from Sampara , East godavari dt ,Andhra Pradesh. We are facing lot of signal issues here. Already informed to jiocare center near 2 us bt no use.Plz resolve it otherwise you will lose lot of ur customers bcz @airtelindia providing very good signal here.
