    I got my jio fiber connection in Nainital but on the same day of taking connection it started blinking red. I tried to reach to customer care but no response. Pathetic service in Nainital. I want to return it but no one is responding properly. @reliancejio @JioCare

    In nainital jio service is too bad. Internet is too slow. Now a days sometimes you can't just call. Jio should improve it. If we call to constumer care they always say , they are doing something since one year ,but nothing happened. @reliancejio @JioCare @narendramodi #wahJIOwah

    @JioCare Pathetic data coverage and speeds in the Bhimtal area. Don't give me your standard bot answer that we would help you etc. You just need to improve your speed. Have 4 connections which hardly work.

    @HathwayBrdband I am still facing the same problem. Not one person from the technical has called me. Today a new service ID was created without solving the previous Service ID. Its been almost a week now. Worst customer experience ever. @JioCare hpe u guys listen to ur cstmrs unlike Hathway.

    @JioCare My internet isnt working since the past three days. I had raised three tickets with the customer care. These tickets are now closed withno resolution. I have been given different numbers from different individuals. This is pathetic service from Jio. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare Vaduj near to Satara,MH one of the major town in Khatav Taluka having population approx 40-50K.But the jio network around the area is very weak&not available at most of the places.There is no jio coverage around city.pls look into the matter
